general notes:

• spells can only be cast on your turn, so counterspells in the graveyard are just for fighting over your own spells
• self mill has general value
• flashback is good because of the self mill
• kess can cast adventures and then you can choose the adventure replacement effect to have the creature available
• flickering kess (e.g. Ghostly Flicker) does allow you to cast again

Potential win condition ideas:

• cEDH combo: Demonic Consultation/Tainted Pact into Thassa's Oracle, recast for some funny name like Plains, Abandon Hope, or You Are Already Dead. Also works with a live Jace, Wielder of Mysteries.
• cEDH storm: Isochron Scepter + Dramatic Reversal + Aetherflux Reservoir
• Doomsday Thassa's Oracle
• kiki combo: Splinter Twin/Kiki-Jiki, the Mirror Breaker + Pestermite/Deceiver Exarch/Zealous Conscripts, with Phyrexian Delver to save the combo from self-mill
• Reanimator: also powered by Phyrexian Delver, Unearth, Stitch Together
• painter combo: Painter's Servant+Sphinx's Tutelage/Grindstone. Lots of ways to tutor for artifacts, Fabricate is notable because you can grab both
• niv combo: Niv Mizzet Firemind/Niv-Mizzet, Parun + Curiosity/Ophidian Eye/Tandem Lookout/Mischievous Catgeist   (+Dizzy Spell transmutes into Curiosity)
• spellslinger: normal procs like Talrand, Young Pyromancer, Sedgemoor Witch, Guttersnipe, Sorcerer Class. Chain of Smog pushes this over the top into an actual combo
• mill?: Jace, Vryn's Prodigy  , Consuming Aberration, Fractured Sanity, Tasha's Hideous Laughter, Mind Grind, Maddening Cacophony, Jace, Memory Adept.
• giant Torment of Hailfire, Cut / Ribbons, Exsanguinate, Jaya's Immolating Inferno, Mind Grind, or X draw spell. copied and ramped into with High Tide, Bubbling Muck, rituals, or any of the common infinite bounce combos
• Runechanter's Pike with 18 spells in graveyard
• Price of Progress, Rakdos Charm to punish people playing stuff that we don't as much

• Narset's Reversal can be used on our own spells to save them from flashback exile, or on our opponent's spells to steal them
