Crow_Umbra on Alesha and her Nazgul

Glad to see a new twist on Alesha. She was one of my first favorite commanders before I repurposed her deck into Isshin.
In reading your deck's description, I will caution against having Alesha be your primary reanimator effect. I think she works as best as an additional reanimator option, but not the one the deck relies on to function.
As a back up plan, I'd say check out Echoing Return as a way to get some Nazgul back to your hand, although back to battlefield would be most ideal. If it's in your budget, I'd also recommend checking out Preston, the Vanisher as an option to get some token copies of creatures you reanimate.
You could also potentially do some combo loops with Nazgul + Ratadrabik of Urborg + a sac outlet like Altar of Dementia. As long as the Nazgul is your Ring-Bearer when the Ring Tempts You, you can then sac it, and Ratadrabik will create token copies, which will let you start the cycle all over again.

No prob! Haha yeah TO prices are usually pretty behind. I see a bunch on TCGPlayer for $4.
Ever considered Orvar, the All-Form rather than Bruvac? Would be a bit of a different build but you could run cheap cantrips like Cerulean Wisps to make Petitioner copies.
Another strong commander option, though it'd be self-mill and a second color, is Araumi of the Dead Tide. Encore makes more petitioners depending on the # of opponents which is cool. Also Araumi opens the door for strong black cards like Echoing Return, Secret Salvage, Living Death, Patriarch's Bidding, Twilight's Call, and Haunting Voyage. Could close out the game by reanimating Lab Maniac using Araumi or Dread Return

A few thoughts:
The premise is solid and also a great gateway deck for entering Pauper. I would recommend either leaning more heavily into Pestilence or else cutting it entirely, as one copy isn’t effective. Also, your creature selection isn’t really set up to profit much from Echoing Return; that card is usually part of a combo or engine and doesn’t see a lot of value here.

Very cool deck idea. My main concern is that there just doesn’t appear to be enough Shadowborn Apostle do pull-off a lot of the plans reliably. I feel like i’d drop some number of Echoing Return and/or Thoughtseize to try and gets to at least 20 Apostles, if not more. Maybe going down to just 3 Secret Salvage will help also - its a lot if mana and you’re unlikely to ever want to draw/play more than 1 in a game
