Saheeli, Sublime Artificer
Legendary Planeswalker — Saheeli
Whenever you cast a noncreature spell, create a 1/1 colourless Serve artifact creature token.
[[symbol:loyalty-minus2]: Target artifact you control becomes a copy of another artifact or creature you control until end of turn, except it's an artifact in addition to its other types.

Saheeli, Sublime Artificer Discussion
Cool idea! First and foremost you are going to want to find room for the recently unbanned Oath of Nissa as it will make casting your walkers much much easier. Looking at the walker arrangement you have, I would encourage you to focus in on 4-5 walkers that you think are the best for your play environment, while its objectively more fun to play a ton of different walkers, your deck will be far more consistent if you focus on a smaller number of walkers in this way. To this end, the one you have thus far identified in Saheeli, Sublime Artificer isn't very good in this deck as you are likely only casting one spell each turn, Saheeli really shining when you can cast a bunch of spells in one turn and then replenish.
I'd also say you want a way to ramp, Growth Spiral is cheap and very good, and can allow you to get to your high end walkers just a smidge quicker. Additionally, while not a ramp card, Fires of Invention could be a cool include to create some sort of incremental value with your walkers, casting 2 a turn for free and overwhelming your opponent.
Overall though the deck looks cool, superfriends has always been a fun way to play, good draws and I hope you stick with this, welcome to pioneer!

moo1234 on a wildcard it doesn't hurt to get Ninja'd on that twice lul. Either way, Here goes.
Saheeli Rai, Conduit of Kaladesh
~'s loyalty is equal to the amount of counters you have.
0: create an X/X Construct Artifact creature token, where X is the number of counters you have.
-2: Whenever you gain this turn, gain twice that amount instead.
-X: Search your library for an artifact card with converted mana cost X. put it onto the battlefield under your control.
I think this better illustrates the huge impact devotion to a set mechanic centered around energy COULD have been. While Saheeli Rai was good in her own way, the Commander precon version, Saheeli, the Gifted and Saheeli, Sublime Artificer still didn't incorporate the ability enough if not at all. The latter being in standard, so, it's excused, but still. Shame.
Create a new Samurai legend with 3 colors. Incorporate some flavor!

Hey, on a budget something that the precon lacks are ways to tap Kalamax. Attacking is the best way to tap Kalamax, but if you can't attack then you want to be able to tap Kalamax other ways.
- Springleaf Drum
- Holdout Settlement
- Survivors' Encampment
- Cultivator's Caravan: crew can tap Kalamax.
These cards can make mana that gives them other uses then just tapping Kalamax. Settlement/Encampment are nice because they're lands, they don't use valuable spots in the deck and Crop Rotation can search for one of them.
You've already added Reverberate for a Fork effect which is great, but the other piece of the combo is Ral, Storm Conduit which is the win condition when you make the copy Reverberate loop with Kalamax. Even without the Fork combo, Ral is a good card because he too can be a repeatable source to copy an instant or even a sorcery you cast. Expansion / Explosion, Increasing Vengeance and Insidious Will are other budget instant Forks.
Your own sorceries are very good with Fork effects and tapped Kalamax. This combination lets you resolve three copies of a sorcery (original and two copies of it). If you have three opponents then Gravitic Punch can be a win condition with a Fork and an infinite power Kalamax. The jumpstart lets you cast it again if that is needed. Reclaim and Regrowth are helpful to recur cards especially a Fork or draw spell, but they can also recur a creature.
Return of the Wildspeaker modes are good with Kalamax. The first one can draw a lot of cards with a high power Kalamax and the second can give all nonHuman creatures +6/+6. This second mode can be a potential win condition with cards that can create tokens such as Talrand, Murmuring, Xyris, Young Pyromancer and Saheeli, Sublime Artificer.
Capsize can be powerful with Kalamax. For five mana cast it with buyback, bounce any two permanents and then return it to your hand.
Good luck with your deck.

I would suggest adding the following cards.
I made a deck for my friend who played it competitivly a few rotations ago, I constantly tweaked it through playtesting and ended up with this:Books Kill
It was a very strong home run type deck that worked more often than not. It is not "budget", but with some tweaks you could make it a bit cheaper.

Some other suggestions are:
Ghirapur AEther Grid
Saheeli, Sublime Artificer

I like what you're going for with the Bitter Ordeal, but perhaps try switching it out for Saheeli's Directive. I have directived for exactly X=42 and completely blew out my game, but you could can realistically do that for X=20 or 25, depending on how many artifact cards are huddled about the top of the deck.
Also, Dagsson is way too slow. By the time you can cast him, removal is already too heavy to be able to get him to stick. I would take a more sneaky value-train approach with Sai, Master Thopterist, but that's just me.
Also there's these really great lands from the Battlebond set that enter tapped unless you have two or more opponents. I think you might be able to adjust your mana base even more with those. Sea of Clouds, Morphic Pool, and Luxury Suite are the ones you want to look at.
