However, do keep to heart that it has been one hell of a mess as it was based upon a scrapped Mayael the Anima I was going to make, but found what the Ixalanian Breeder should be able to do that would outlive/outclass the Anima of the Shard of Naya.
As for Superfriends? Well, it definitely does need more room to grow alright; but, at least both Oko Walkers are just badass in my book; though maybe it's time I did replace Rowan #1 ; but what to represent, I dunno... Daretti, Ingenious Iconoclast Phail'd, & Saheeli, Sublime Artificer could've been good also, but the answer for all 3 is: a coldhearted, relentless "NO.". I wish any one of those three (Maybe the two that don't include Rowan?) has some kind of potential. Now I feel the need for a Retrace Engine Wrenn and Six , & an Artifice Engine ( Daretti, Ingenious Iconoclast or Saheeli, Sublime Artificer ) at the same time, & slots are very scarce...
Okay, I trailed off QUITE a lot, & I apologize.
But what did you mean by any chance?

Four copies of Manamorphose should be essential for this deck. I know they are expensive but for this sort of deck with Thing in the Ice Flip it's pretty much essential as it lets you do turn three Thing flips. With or without the Manamorhpose I would cut the Mana Leak for more Serum Visions and Peek or Path to Exile . Looking at your deck you want to be tapping out turns 2-3 for either Thing in the Ice Flip, Saheeli, Sublime Artificer or a broad wipe. You don't really have a good opportunity to cast Mana Leak early were you are also pressuring the board effectively. And if you don't have pressure Mana Leak is a weak removal spell that you can't be proactive with. Path gives you some interaction for cheap 3+ toughness creatures while the cantrips make your aggressive plan more consistent.
The sideboard also looks a bit wonky. You have 4x Young Pyromancer and 2x Negate (which should probably be Dovin's Veto ) which you bring in vs control but you don't have that many cards you want to cut against control. Burns another example where you want to but in Blessed Alliance and Negate but you only really want to cut Bedlam Reveler from the deck post sideboard.

The big question is, 'how competitive'.
First things, flat upgrades and options. Elvish Mystic can be another four llanowar elves, cards like Skinshifter tend to perform better than Fog Bank , Elvish Rejuvenator is usually better than borderland ranger and even Farhaven Elf is bettered by Sakura-Tribe Elder . In terms of big threats, things that can't be hit by your opponent are popular. Inkwell Leviathan , Kalonian Behemoth , Plated Crusher , Drownyard Behemoth etc. Another popular type is cards that help you stabilize- Pelakka Wurm type effects.
In terms of stratgy, focusing on mana curve will do a lot. Plan turns 1-7, and try to make sure that doing one thing flows cleanly into the next thing.
If you want to get super competitive, Arbor Elf , Utopia Sprawl and Birds of Paradise is the core of this deck style. Traditionally, it ramps into 4-5 drop threats, which are the largest spells not-cheated in modern. 1 drop turn 1, 3 drop turn two, 5 drop turn three. Thragtusk is old school with it, but there are various five drops that perform well enough, and most of it fits into the 'ponza' land destruction archetype or other ramp strategies (titan, combos, etc) when you want to go full spike.
Now for the middle roads- the fun kitchen table stuff. Leyline of Abundance offers huge payoffs for playing a lot of 1 drop mana dorks. Quest for Ula's Temple / Slinn Voda, the Rising Deep / Whelming Wave offers a cute tribal strategy, while things like Quicksilver Amulet let you cheat big stuff into play. Mirror Image / Quasiduplicate / Saheeli, Sublime Artificer / Tendershoot Dryad is a cute 'go wide' strategy which lets you mess around with Mirrorweave .
If you can think of it, theres a combination of cards that let you do it somewhere in magic- the trick is getting them to run smoothly.

Xenkay that is a great idea. Alternative ways to get extra blockers on the field aside from multiple creature cards was something I was looking for, and the potential for copying a Guttersnipe or a Niv-Mizzet, Parun is awesome.
Do you think I should also look into tossing in another Hordeling Outburst ? That triggers Guttersnipe and gives me 3 chumps to block with to buy time. Not sure what id remove for it quite yet though.
Anyways, thanks for the idea! Ordering a Saheeli, Sublime Artificer now.

With your core-mechanic of using many instants and sorcery cards I would suggest Saheeli, Sublime Artificer for more protection. I play her in my r/w Feather-Aggro and you would be surprised how many servos you can get really quick. And those servos can become an additional Guttersnipe for more damage.

Welcome to EDH! I see you already have a couple of the "no hand size limit" cards in place, but another one I could suggest would be Venser's Journal , which is a nice way to keep you life total healthy. Since you'll be drawing a lot of cards it also wouldn't hurt to consider Laboratory Maniac and Jace, Wielder of Mysteries , as they reward you for drawing yourself out. Another great Planeswalker to pair with Niv is Ral, Storm Conduit , as he can copy spells while also pinging your opponents and their Planeswalkers for sorcery/instant you use. Furthermore, yet another WAR walker to consider may be Saheeli, Sublime Artificer , which works much like Young Pyromancer by building up an army of Servo tokens.
Treasure Cruise and Windfall can draw you more cards, Skullclamp is always wonderful, and I personally think Echo of Eons works wonderfully with Niv, especially since you can cast it twice with Flashback. Copy it with Ral's ability or similar abilities and it could really be a powerful finisher. Bear in mind, Echo will not only let you shuffle your own hand/gy back into your library and let you draw a full hand back but also your opponents as well, which could be a good or bad thing. That all said, I'd say what you have already should be pretty solid.

Please link the cards for clarity's sake:
Yes, it will stay equipped. Nothing happened that would cause it fall off. Additionally, starting from the next turn the creature will start receiving the benefits of the hammer, instead of say Bonesplitter .
