This deck is designed to be an auto-pilot chaos hug deck that creates insane but fun games of Magic {W}{U}{B}{R}{G}

Priority Of Play; Show

Land drop(s) > "Ramping" spells > "Group Hug" spells > "Chaos Hug" spells > "Chaos" spells > any other spells

Choosing what Mana to tap; Show

• Only tap Mana as needed to cast spells

• Tap Mana in order of; Mana Activated Abilities from non-Artifacts > Mana Activated Abilities from Artifacts > Mana from Lands > Treasure Artifact Tokens > Ramos Mana Ability.

• Sources that create colorless Mana in each category are to be used first, followed by sources that create only single colors of mana (ie. Basic lands), followed by sources that two kinds of mana, ect.
  

Choosing what to cast; Show

• Follow Priority of Play by always casting the highest CMC spell first in each category (roll to break ties), then cast spells in decreasing CMC order (again, rolling to break ties) spending as much Mana as possible in each category before moving to the next.

Choosing who/what to target; Show

• Roll to decide among valid targets.

How Activated Abilities work; Show

• Mana producing Activated Abilities can only be activated during the Main Phase 1 or Main Phase 2 and will not be attempted any other time.

• Activate each available Activated Ability at the start of each player's upkeep, and only once per turn. With multiple abilities, randomly determine the order of the stack.

How Combat Works; Show

• It doesn't

• Never attack unless forced to or unless in a 1v1 situation. If forced to attack, declare all creatures forced to attack at a random player or planeswalker, decided with a roll.

• Never block unless damage would be Lethal (Life to 0, 10 Poison counters, or 21 Commander damage) during the Declare Blockers step. If during the Declare Blockers step the incoming damage will be Lethal, block intelligently and prioritize keeping creatures alive over losing life unless remaining damage will still be Lethal.

• In a 1v1, attack intelligently (Controlled by the best Magic player present besides the opponent).

General rules of play / miscellaneous; Show

• Organize the hand to match Priority of Play. The hand should always remain in this order. (The order of Lands and same CMC/Category cards doesn't matter.)

• If this deck ever is made to "Tutor" a card (like from the effect of Oath of Lieges) simply reveal cards from the top of the Library until you find a valid target.

• Perform any and all "may" effects (with noted exceptions below).

• When discarding down to 7 for turn, do so randomly while maintaining hand organization. (example: If 10 cards are in hand roll a d10. This usually results in lower die rolls discarding Lands/Ramping cards, and higher die rolls discarding ChaosHug/Chaos cards)

• This deck ignores the Flash keyword during it's turns. It will try to cast any spells with Flash one per turn, during the beginning of each Player's Upkeep, following Priority of Play rules.

Specific card rulings and clarifications Show

Ramos, Dragon Engine - Clarification and Rule, Ramos is considered a "Ramping" spell. Only attempt to activate the "Remove 5 counters..." ability during this deck's Main Phase 1 and 2 or in response to a spell or ability that would cause Ramos to leave the battlefield or it's controller to lose control of it. "Attempts" during Main Phase 1 or 2 must only be made if the mana produced will allow another spell cast.

Perplexing Chimera - Clarification, Attempt to use this effect against every valid spell cast.

Possibility Storm - Rule, This deck will always cast the revealed card if able.

Collective Voyage / Minds Aglow - Rule, If the amount of Mana that this deck would pay after casting this card is {1} or less, it will not cast this spell. For Collective Voyage reveal cards from the top of the Library until you find enough valid targets.

Oath of Druids - Rule, This deck will always choose target opponent with more creatures than it and attempt to reveal a creature card from it's Library when able.

Oath of Lieges - Rule, This deck will always choose target opponent who controls more lands than it if possible. Reveal cards from the top of the Library until you find a valid target.

Vivid Crag / All Vivid lands - Rule, This deck does not use the charge counters unless required.

Door to Nothingness - Rule, If this card is on the field and untapped, this deck will reserve the proper 10 colored Mana needed to activate it by keeping those Mana producing permanents untapped to use this card's ability. Target player is chosen at random (Including this deck itself as a Player)

Okay, so what are the Win-Cons?; Show

• Ramos believes in "shared victories through the power of jolly cooperation", but resolving any of these cards/effects are, by principle alone, a win for Ramos.

• Ramos, Dragon Engine's Mana ability resolving , Divine Intervention resolving , Celestial Convergence resolving , Tempting Wurm resolving , Collective Voyage or Minds Aglow resolving with {X} equaling {10} or more , Havoc Festival resolving at least once on every player , Aeon Engine resolving , Boompile resolving , Door to Nothingness resolving (even if it self-targets) , Boldwyr Heavyweights resolving.

Wait, why didn't [insert game breaking chaos card here] make it in??; Show

• The two main goals of this deck are 1) For it to be auto-pilot and 2) To create fun games. That's why cards like Planar Chaos or Grip of Chaos or Thieves' Auction that just slow the game down and make certain decks unplayable aren't considered. This deck typically makes games last longer, which is why "accelerator cards" like Havoc Festival and Mesmeric Orb are the focus.
