Impulsive Maneuvers

Enchantment

Whenever a creature attacks, flip a coin. If you win the flip, the next time that creature would deal combat damage this turn, it deals double that damage instead. If you lose the flip, the next time that creature would deal combat damage this turn, prevent that damage.

Goblin Game? Tide of War? Whims of the Fates? Impulsive Maneuvers?

Any of those fit the criteria?

Gelectrode95 gave me quite some inspiration to update my deck, so I went straight towards joining the dark side and implemented Mindslaver, Leyline of Anticipation, Vedalken Orrery and Chandra's Ignition.

After a short consideration I took out Puppet's Verdict, Risky Move, Tides of War and Impulsive Maneuvers. I realized I hardly ever cast those spells before so I wanted to go for an additional wincon and a really hateful combo with Mindslaver and Academy Ruins.

Pringlesman I haven't updated this deck recently, but it's been doing pretty well for a while! Krark's thumb is a great wincon, but it is by no means necessary to win; Out of all of the games that I've played with the deck, I've only won one with the card because usually it gets removed very quickly.

The thing with Okaun is that since he only requires 3 winning coin flips to get lethal, you have a pretty reasonable chance to reach that each turn, especially with the amount of coin flip cards in the deck. Even Zndrsplt and Okaun together with nothing else is enough to make you a very formidable threat.

The way I play this deck is quite literally controlled chaos. Most cards like Puppet's Verdict have a huge impact on the board no matter how they resolve, and people don't want to counter them because they aren't sure who they are going to affect. Impulsive Maneuvers is another great example, since if you have ways to chump block, it effectively cuts the amount of creatures that you need to block with in half, and causes a lot more doubt when people are deciding what to attack with.

Anyways, Tribute Mage and Goblin Engineer would be great additions to the deck. I personally like keeping the tutors to a minimum since I like to keep the deck fairly random so that games are unique though, and the deck is still incredibly strong without Krark's Thumb. Thanks for the suggestions though! They'd definitely be good in the deck, it's just a matter of personal preference.

BMHKain Looks like it'll work pretty well so far! Seems like a higher-budget version of this deck.

Some things that you could change: Tide of War personally was never worth it, since it discourages attacking and puts a target on your head for 6 mana, and usually you'll want people to attack for cards like Desperate Gambit and Impulsive Maneuvers (and you don't want Okaum dying with a huge amount of P/T either). Two-Headed Giant is on-flavour, but he doesn't actually work with your commanders. Skyclaw Thrash and Mijae Djinn tend to not have a big effect on the board since the biggest wincon is usually either Chance Encounter or Okaum (although I understand if he gets hated out a lot). If you're going for a higher-power deck, you could probably remove even more coin flip cards like Crooked Scales, Mogg Assassin and Volatile Rig, replacing them with mass removal, unblockable enablers or different on-theme cards like Chaos Warp or Stitch in Time. I definitely think that Lightning Greaves and Chandra's Ignition are huge cards for my deck, so I'd really suggest using them, and if you are looking to go on the more control side with Zndrsplt, Planar Chaos would be a good addition. Maybe even Laboratory Maniac depending on how many cards you're getting from the additional draw engines (with Impulsive Maneuvers it's easy to draw a ton of cards, and you have Frenetic Efreet which lets you flip as many coins as you want, not to mention Krark's Thumb), although I didn't go for that angle since my deck focuses more on killing with Okaum.

As for positives, I like the idea of Sunbird's Invocation, Tyrant of Discord and Etali, Primal Storm! They fit the flavour of the deck while adding more value. I think in general you have a good spread of card advantage and wincons. It looks like you're going for more general value with Zndrsplt and a splash of unblockable for Okaum, which seems like a good take on the deck since Okaum is a wincon without much extra effort. The cheeky Drift of Phantasms is a great way to find Frenetic Efreet or Fabricate (for Krark's Thumb) as well, and I actually meant to include Muddle the Mixture but forgot, that's a great card for the deck!

Zndrsplt and Okaum are my favourite commanders to pilot, I have my own deck and it's the most fun that I've had in EDH.

A few suggestions:

Two-Headed Giant and Mana Clash don't actually trigger Zndrsplt or Okaum because those coin flips aren't technically "won".

Make sure when playing to keep an eye out for if your opponents play an orc, since Orcish Captain can target any orc, meaning that it's ironically an orc-hate card

Puppet's Verdict is incredibly fun to play, and it's a great way to either make a comeback when you're behind or as a last-ditch attempt to survive. It's essentially a 3-mana instant speed half-boardwipe, and it works even better with Krark's Thumb.

Marchesa's Smuggler can give unblockable and haste which can be quite useful.

Impulsive Maneuvers is a great way to transition from attacking into playing control, since it gives you a 50/50 chance to draw a card for each creature that attacks whatsoever. It also combos quite well with Chandra's Ignition and Fling effects when used with Okaum.

Strionic Resonator lets you flip even more coins.

Assault Suit lets you pass Okaum around, essentially letting you play group slug, meanwhile you can sit back and draw cards with Zndrsplt.
