He's a commander challenge rooted in so many hurdles, it reminds me so much of The Mindskinner in the same vein of challenging factors; relevance of speed, concept, ramp, removal.. yeah. This one will take me some time to Flesh out in a functional fashion.. let alone in a competitive sense or a non-rule zero.

Have you seen The Mindskinner? It's a new and kinda goofy take on mono blue Mill. One of my friends recently put it together, but I haven't had the opportunity to play against it yet. Here is a pretty recent gameplay video from MTG Muddstah if you're interested in seeing it in action.
