I'm not sure what your budget is but highly recommend Serra's Sanctum. I also found Meletis Astronomer useful in my Kestia deck.

I like the list! Bruna can be devastating when she's out! A couple of possibilities here. Tallowisp is a good option to get your best auras on the board quick, and I think you have enough spirits for it to be viable. Narcolepsy is a possibility that can hamper an opponent with a big baddie. Meletis Astronomer can be another good way to get some enchantments in hand as well. You may also consider some mana enchantments, although I think most of those are green. I would get 4 Flooded Strand for this deck as well. A bit pricey, but getting that sweet sweet blue on the field is nice, especially since you have some lifelink. I'm interested to see what you do with this!

I made my own deck about half an hour ago that uses Sage of Hours, so for a moment I thouhgt this was my own one. I use Forced Adaptation, since I have more Enchantments than you do and I tutor them with Meletis Astronomer, but I might switch some of them. Speaking of enchantments, Hardened Scales works really wel in this deck. It essentially doubles your counter output. Scrounging Bandar can essentially get 7 more counters to distribute. You might want to make some room for it.

Semblance Anvil is good because it's a 3-mana thing you can discard to Disciple of Deceit if you don't actually need to exile something from your hand. Given the amount of exile outlets you have already, and the fact that you can only afford to exile one Hedron Alignment, running a Cremate seems like a waste of deck space. Other things that can comb through your library for Alignments are Meletis Astronomer, Merfolk Looter, and Behold the Beyond.

The Blue White Knight Takes Flight

Since Bruna can afford to go wider as she can take enchantments off creatures that can be early threats I'd suggest adding more of those types of creatures in here. Also maybe some more bestow cards too. I get that Bruna can't get bestow creatures from the graveyard or the hand, but they can still be powerful. Here are some suggestions creatures: Graceblade Artisan, Blessed Spirits, Meletis Astronomer, Boonweaver Giant, Ghostblade Eidolon, Hopeful Eidolon enchantments: Daybreak Coronet, Guildscorn Ward (I dunno about this one. Seems kinda legit), Invisibility (to add further evasion), Invocation of Saint Traft, Murder Investigation (can help to shut down sac stuff), Commander's Authority (same thing), Mammoth Umbra other: Retether (I know it seems kinda redundant, but it could come in handy if Bruna keeps getting killed and you can't get her back). There might be some more stuff out there and this is by no means a "must include" list. I love the deck and I wanna see it in real life. Kinda makes me want to find me a good U/W commander deck to fall in love with and build. Maybe in the future. Anyway, good deck and good luck.
