As Izu_Korasu pointed out, 'permanent' is key for Mazirek, Kraul Death Priest. Have you sacrificed a lot of creatures? Use Font of Return to get them back and pump your team. Enchantments and artifacts got you down? They are no problem for Seal of Primordium. Four mana and Horizon Spellbomb is nothing but pure value. What about attaching Ordeal of Nylea to a creature, attacking with it and giving it two +1/+1 counters, the rest of your team one, and netting yourself two lands in the process? Did i mention Dowsing Shaman is in your colors? With all of these wonderful permanents in your deck what else could you add? How about Primal Surge to cause a flood your opponents will be reeling from for days to come? Other fun cards include Implement of Ferocity, Killing Wave, Mycoloth, and It That Betrays. Long story short, Mazirek gets my vote

First of all, with this high CMC you need 24 lands.
While I understand you are trying to sacrifice your creatures for beneficial effects, the high converted mana cost of your deck makes it kind of hard to work with.
Here are some lower cost creatures that could be good:
Augur of SkullsBasal Sliver (mana accelerator to cast Ruthless Deathfang faster)Bile UrchinBlind ZealotBlood BairnBloodthrone VampireCarrier Thrall (mana accelerator, 2x creature)Corpse HaulerDeath CultistDemonic Taskmaster (need tokens spawn everyturn)Devouring SwarmWestvale Abbey Flip This is a must have.Disciple of Griselbrand Save yourself.Doomed Necromancer Worth it.Eldrazi Skyspawner Mana acceleratorFont of ReturnFume SpitterGnawing ZombieGutless GhoulMerciless ExecutionerMortician Beetle -------> Cause why not.Nezumi Bone-Reader ControlPawn of Ulamog mana acceleratorQarsi SadistQuest for the GravelordThoughtpicker Witch controlThrull Surgeon controlVampiric RitesVoracious Null

Ok, gotcha! Now the advice I am going to give is just advice, you are under no obligation to adhere to it. ;D So first off let's start with the cards I don't think fits all that well and take them out in order to get your deck to 60 cards. Nighthowler he is an enchantment but not that great if an ability for this deck. Especially when you have cards that pull creatures from your graveyard. That really hinders him. Erebos's Titan is another misfit, as I see it he has no benefit from being in this deck, his second ability I don't see getting used much. Gonti, Lord of Luxury is a great card but doesn't fit into this deck. I know how fun it is to steal opponts cards and laugh as you cast it, but this deck isn't built to do that this it would only hinder you. Dark Prophecy is great but I think you may have enough draw and this one is conditional, so it's not for sure to draw you a card. Font of Return I think is too expensive for what it does. Mutilate also hurts your creatures so I would drop that. I'm all honesty though I would drop the devotion side of this deck and focus on the enchantment side of things. If you did I would drop the 4 gray merchant and Abhorrent Overlord. Sorry for the wall of text and again these are my opinions, don't take them to heart this is your deck and should be done the way you want ;)

Dredgar, thanks for the feedback.
I like the enchantment creatures, I like the creature - enchantment interaction, and I like the Erebos-theme. I take life away, while trying to make sure I've got the cards to do so. The ultimate goal is ramping up a nice devotion to Black so I can play the big boys (I'm a Timmy) Gray Merchant of Asphodel and Abhorrent Overlord if even needed at this point. A nice fail safe would be Extinguish All Hope as (at time of writing) 15/24 creatures are enchantment-creatures.The chance of an opponent having them as well are small.
The main thing im trying to achieve here is making sure that along the entire playcurve my cards support each other. The early game enchantment creatures ( Baleful Eidolon, Grim Guardian, Herald of Torment and Master of the Feast) and non creature spells (Sinister Possession, Hall of Triumph, and Whip of Erebos)are there to annoy the opponent with lifeloss, and buff my creatures keeping me alive , while I work my way up to having a nice devotion to Black and making sure i've got the cards to do so (Sign in Blood and Read the Bones, as well as Macabre Waltz and Font of Return)
Looking forward to your feedback (no rush)

Hi Boza. I tried rager, and it's extremely underwhelming. I know its run in most basic builds, but its the wrong choice. It only adds one devotion, and while it replaces itself, is a vanilla 2/2. I'd rather draw a read the bones as a 3 drop, or Oubliette, or an edict and a tapped land, if removal is needed. Unearth isn't good, bc I run too few relevant less than 4-drops. I don't run Crypt Rats, I run Chittering Rats, bc it's just better in general. It keeps my opponents back a turn, and is my basic vanilla bear in this deck, with the best upside. Undying Evil is a decent sb choice, and combos well with merchant, but I'd rather have it die and get two creatures back with Font of Return. I've tested undying evil, and font is better. It lands early, keeps grindy opponents honest, and doesn't get hit by Dispel. And, there's no removal for it in relevant matches, except 2 for one-ing it with echoing truth AND a counter of some sort. Thanks for the suggestions, though. They're good, but I've tried most of them already, and my curent build runs more smootly.

This deck is very cool and has nice potential, just needs some tuning. I really like how hard it is to remove cartel aristocrat, since all wraths in the format are damage based, and she avoids edicts by having tokens around!
(I have to say the choice of 60 card decks as opposed to 99 seems weird to me, but whatever steams your broccoli.)
Overall the changes I would make first would look like this:
Out: guardians of akrasa, seller of songbirds, suture priest, perilous myr, soul warden, soul's attendant, carrion feeder, aven squire, unholy strength, beckon apparition, fortify, 1 plains, 1 swamp
In: Orzhov Basilica, Bojuka Bog, Heliod's Pilgrim, Vulturous Aven, Mark of the Vampire, Wordmail, Gray Merchant of Asphodel, Reliquary Monk, Pilgrim's Eye, Duty-Bound Dead, Cranial Plating, Ancient Den, Vault of Whispers
Sultai Emissary is another 2 bodies for 2 mana card. You can also look for dorks with nice ETB or dies effects like Pilgrim's Eye, Black Cat, Liliana's Specter, Chittering Rats. I would also look for playable 1 drops just because being able to drop your commander turn 2 with protection backup is really good.
Heliod's Pilgrim can tutor a voltron piece like edge of the divinity, then be sacrificed. You could also use Totem-Guide Hartebeest but cheaper is definitely better. You could also rebuy enchantments with Auramancer and Griffin Dreamfinder which would be extra cute if you ran Font of Return or Soul Stair Expedition.
Gray Merchant of Asphodel is always pretty bombtacular in multiplayer.
Death Denied is crazy card advanatage.
You can sacrifice Faceless Butcher with its trigger on the stack to exile a creature forever.
Your land count is a bit low.
There are probably better voltron pieces you could be running, and I would focus more on voltron than token swarm. Some possibilities are Adventuring Gear, Mark of the Vampire, Empyrial Armor, Hopeful Eidolon, Ethereal Armor, Wordmail (if you don't mind unglued,) and Abzan Runemark. You can run Cranial Plating and switch out 2 basics for artifact lands to power it up. Your commander is cheap and starts attacking early enough that even explorer's scope might be good.
I've been brewing a lot of pauper EDH recently, you can check them out here if you found this comment interesting. Cheers.

Tbh, I've been working on a bunch of different G/B rock decks and I think cards like Werebear are getting much better once Moldgraf Scavenger. Plus this is more of a value deck and Werebear isn't a value card against the Font of Return game plan.

That was a really good suggestion. I looked through several Bogles decks and added Silhana Ledgewalker and Gladecover Scout. I can't bring myself to take out the Aura Gnarlid (way too good) or the Bestow creatures (need more enchantments to make Kruphix's Insight net 3 cards). I did however find that the secondary color in most Bogles decks were most often white and not black.
I really like the synergy that Kruphix's Insight and delving with Moldervine Cloak has with Font of Return. There is some really big card advantage happening. And if I can get a Necromancer's Magemark on a hexproof, then my creatures are generally indestructible.
But what I am seeing thought is that Font of Return and Necromancer's Magemark are really mid-to-late game cards that only really work once a lot of other cards have been played. And while they are good, I wonder if just playing for straight beat down would be better. And in that case, white has better support cards for an Aggro approach than black does.
I really like how decks organically evolve and that as it sits right now, the best possible Necromancer's Magemark deck I could possibly make (the original intent of this deck) may not actually include Necromancer's Magemark. [smiles widely]
