1U, Sacrifice Font of Fortunes: Draw two cards.

I'm not very well versed in Pioneer and haven't played mill in a while, so take what I say with a grain of salt.

First things first, going over 60 cards is almost never a good thing.

About the cards themselves, here's a few things:

  • I would suggest Fabled Passage but I'm not entirely sure that would be within you budget. The more fetchlands the better. Ruin Crab is a house.

  • I really, really don't like Riddleform. It's very conditional and you kinda don't want to even consider winning with combat damage when playing mill. However, as I did in your other deck, I'll try to suggest things that work with your playstyle, even if I disagree. In this case, I have to say Riptide Chimera is better in every aspect. It's always a creature, has a bigger body and synergizes better with the constellation theme, since you can bounce things to redraw and remill every turn.

  • I'm not a huge fan of the cards you added for card draw. I see them as a bit too slow and innefective. From a quick search on Scryfall I have a few cards I believe you should consider. Wizard Class does basically the same as Font of Fortunes, but has better late game potential, especially considering you like having an alternative wincondition. Another thing I'd consider is Hard Cover. I know this seems very suspect, but hear me out. You want cheap enchantments to trigger constelation, which this is. You want card draw to see more cards in your deck, which this does. Additionaly, it increases the toughness of your creatures, enabling better blocks against more aggressive decks. Maybe The Modern Age  Flip would be good, as it draws you cards and blinks itself, triggering constellation again. There are also enchantments that mill your opponents as you draw cards, such as Psychic Corrosion, Sphinx's Tutelage and Teferi's Tutelage, though I don't think that's the route you want to take with this deck. I know this paragraph is huge enough already, but I just have one more suggestion that's not already in the deck, which is Inventive Iteration  Flip. It's interactions against the opponent and, when it flips, can prevent your opponent from casting certain spells.

  • I honestly think you should just max out on Mirrormade given you can use it to copy Drowned Secrets and Fraying Sanity.

  • Lastly, because I'm aware I write things almost the size of an article, Into the Story could be something to have in your mind, but not necessarily run.

To reiterate, I don't have a lot of knowledge when it comes to Pioneer, so a lot of the things I've said can be wrong. This is just my opinion based on a little bit of mill I've played on some quick searches on Scryfall. Hope this proves useful to you.

Yeah thanks for reaching out. You're talking about upgrading the brawl deck into a commander one, right? I would definitely go back and look at what Theros did with enchantments. Get a few blue/white/black enchantment creatures for bodies on the field. They also gave us an enchantment for each thing that we normally did with sorceries/instants. Check out Zur the Enchanter decks (and get yourself Zur for your deck too). Ethereal Armor is a must, plus removal like Oblivion Ring , Prison Realm , Detention Sphere , and Conclave Tribunal (there are many options). For card draw, Curiosity , Curious Obsession , and Ior Ruin Expedition if you're on a budget. The Fonts from Theros are also useful here; Font of Fortunes , Font of Return , and some of the Seal enchantments: Seal of Cleansing , Seal of Doom , Seal of Removal . You should rarely need to put an instant or sorcery in your deck since you can get all kinds of synergy with enchantments and the enchantments basically do the same thing. Blightcaster helps turn all of those enchantments also into removal spells. And look forward to all of the enchantment creatures that will be added in the next set, Theros Beyond Death!

Well first of all, dropping my link at the bottom. But some all-stars include:

Dreamscape Artist is exceptional ramp.

Druid Lyrist, Elvish Lyrist, Elvish Scrapper, and Scavenger Folk remove artifacts & enchantments.

Glen Elendra Archmage is... hopefully going down in price thanks to the reprint??

Glowspore Shaman and Satyr Wayfinder.

Mulldrifter, Night Incarnate, and Shriekmaw are great and Evoke is great for this deck.

Plaguecrafter is a strictly better Marauder or Executioner.

Spore Frog is the best. The actual best.

Sylvan Safekeeper sacs lands (though she may be too $$), and Turntimber Sower benefits from it.

AEther Barrier seriously slows down aggressive decks.

Animate Dead can hit Muldrotha from the grave.

Excavation is nice.

Font of Fortunes, also nice.

Infernal Darkness is cruel. Sac it to the upkeep cost, cast it post-combat, and there is no enchantment removal in black. They could Seal of Primordium it once, but you just cast it again.

Sinister Concoction is okay budget removal, as is Soul Ransom.

Standstill draws cards.

Unbridled Growth is basically : draw a card.

Chromatic Lantern is FOUR DOLLARS RIGHT NOW

Courier's Capsule and Mishra's Bauble, good draws.

Expedition Map is good ramp.

Perpetual Timepiece is self-mill and woo!

Font of Fortunes, Vessel of Nascency, Sidisi, Undead Vizier etc.

There are multiple good card draw spells that are repeatable, and drawing your self to oblivion is common in my version, which happens to be $200, but you could drop some of the expensive fetches and do just swell.

Satyr Enchanter is the new M19 enchantress, and it is really a good choice, I recommend it! +1 on the list, below I will give you some random suggestions!

Excited for the 23rd? A new Commander 2018 Bant Enchantment deck will be spoiled then! a new commander that synergizes with enchantments and doesn't cost 300 dollars like Angus Mackenzie? I hope so!

@SynergyBuild Thanks for the suggestion, I did consider it at one point. I was mulling over at my table if I should run Vessel of Paramnesia or Font of Fortunes and ultimately, I chose fortunes because it is less dependent on the commander and nets you more value overall imo. I've decided to opt for other self-milling options. At least now you know my thought process behind it. :)

Alrighty, took a quick look and made some adjustments, could you tell me what you think darksilver? Going to remove Dakmor Salvage, Elves of Deep Shadow, Roil Elemental, Font of Fortunes, Phyrexian Arena, Darksteel Ingot, Commander's Sphere, Dictate of Karametra, and Temple of the False God. To replace these I was gonna add Realms Uncharted, Horn of Greed,Kiora, Master of the Depths, Secrets of the Dead, Ramunap Excavator, Burgeoning, Sands of Delirium, Elixir of Immortality, Havengul Lich, and Barren Moor. Have not added Alchemist's Refuge yet, need to though. Thinking about removing an artifact to facilitate this, maybe Ratchet Bomb or Wayfarer's Bauble. Or maybe Jace or Liliana... Decisions, decisions. But! I haven't made these changes yet!
