I think there are better things to transmogrify into. Especially since Boros doesn't have too many powerful spells to recur.
The best build of this that I saw was a Jeskai build (so add blue) that transmogrified into Dream Trawler . That's a pretty safe bet for a finisher since it also protects itself.

I'm actually with MeanLizard regarding Tormenting Voice . Yeah, it's strictly worse than Thrill of Possibility , but I don't think I've ever been unhappy to see it, and it really helps dig through the deck in the early game without having to jump through any hoops. I'm not so hot on Wild Guess - the double red can be a pain in the early game, so I generally want everything on the lower end of my curve to have as few pips as possible.
I can't even imagine running the deck without Hellkite Tyrant . There's always going to be artifacts on the board, and even merely stealing a couple mana rocks is still a great way to pull ahead in a game.
As for Final Parting , I really want to like it, because it is an awesome effect for this kind of deck... but 5 mana is a pretty steep price for a tutor.
As much as it hurts me to say it, cutting Feldon would be pretty easy. There are a lot of amazing things he can do if he sticks around, but I've found that a lot of the time Feldon hits the field and... dies. He's the kind of card that makes good hands better, but makes bad hands worse.

Do they enter the battlefield simultaneously or in the order that they were revealed?

You can always mix and match these creatures I mentioned above without following the companion restrictions. I suggested obosh because your odd creatures can do basically double damage (not double strike) specially Oathsworn Knight . If you put Terror of Mount Velus in the battlefield, you can potentially do 4x the damage with obosh - double damage and double strike...ouch lol. On the other hand, Gyruda can do chain mills and chain summoning creatures like Gyruda into Rankle with offspring's revenge and swing both, gyruda into another gyruda into whatever even creature you milled, or gyruda into your opponent's milled even creature (hello, Vorinclex, Monstrous Raider , Kogla, the Titan Ape lol). Its just that Gyruda can do a lot of possible combos when it resolves while obosh is more on dealing more damage to your opponent.
Edit: I like your idea of Valki to either enter as a creature (even reanimated - also very good with Harmonious Archon ) or enters as Tibalt Late game hehe.

I have an offspring's revenge deck on my own in Arena but I am glad to help you out since I love brewing this card.
You can go in two ways - Go Odds or Evens. Why did I say that? because you can abuse these companions to build around offspring's revenge - Obosh, the Preypiercer or Gyruda, Doom of Depths without them being your companion.
Also, you will need to have enablers in this deck. while we agree self mill is good in this deck, I like to control which cards do I actually dump early game for my payoffs from offspring's revenge later on. So I recommend cards like Cathartic Reunion , Thrill of Possibility and Fissure Wizard .
For payoffs if I go odds - you can go for Oathsworn Knight , Skyclave Apparition , obosh, Ox of Agonas (very good card draw and cheap escape cost), Drana, the Last Bloodchief and Terror of Mount Velus
If I go evens (and i recommend this due to more options, combos and your 1/1 tokens become bigger) - Immersturm Predator , Rankle, Master of Pranks (very very good in this deck), Harmonious Archon , gyruda (sell mill but it picks up more payoffs), Moraug, Fury of Akoum (if you combine it with drana, you can have multiple chain combat triggers with offspring's revenges)
...or if you can combine both. Its up to you how you can improve this deck. Hope it helps.

I do think there's some value to including Training Grounds . Halving Scion of the Ur-Dragon 's activated ability would be helpful. Definitely. There are a number of dragons with great ETB triggers already included in the deck ( Scourge of Valkas , Terror of the Peaks , Lathliss, Dragon Queen , Terror of Mount Velus , Bladewing the Risen ). I want to one-shot opponents and then set-up a massive graveyard recursion spell to close out the game. Dragons don't seem to stay on the battlefield long enough in order to take advantage of additional ETB triggers, thus including cards like Thassa, Deep-Dwelling , Panharmonicon , Lithoform Engine and Strionic Resonator may slow down the deck's aforementioned win conditions. Including Nicol Bolas, the Ravager Flip is a great suggestion. However, I would NOT replace original Nicol Bolas . His ability to have an opponent discard their hand is too valuable, particularly against blue mages. Training Grounds and Nicol Bolas, the Ravager Flip are sweet considerations! Thank you!!
