Take a look at other similar commander lists like Ilharg, the Raze-Boar and Etali, Primal Storm which also can be built to heavily utilize ETB triggers.

A. Sundial of the Infinite will prevent you from sacrificing creatures that you copy and not just the ones from your commander's effect.
B. Sneak Attack is great for putting something out to copy that you can't cast yet.
C. Captivating Crew repeated steal.
D. Chancellor of the Forge doubles the number of creatures on your board.
E. Emissary of Grudges can instantly counter an opponent's effect if you use your commander's ability in response.
D. Mindclaw Shaman repeated cast opponent's spell.
E. Ox of Agonas repeated draw 3 that can be gotten back if it's in your graveyard.

I'd cut: Chancellor of the Spires for Diluvian Primordial. - Diluvian is slightly worse in 1v1 since you can't combo with an opponent's rite of replication, but I've been seeing that less anyway. Acidic Slime Conquering Manticore Mindclaw Shaman - This is really bad in 1v1 imo. Rattleclaw Mystic - I just don't think this is very good. Heat Shimmer just isn't very good imo. Spelltwine - you don't have enough good targets in you deck.

I'd add Phyrexian Metamorph - I think this is a must play with Tezzeret. Genesis Ultimatum Etalia. Primal Storm seems like the most obvious add, since it's cheap and absurdly strong with haste.

king-saproling: Mindclaw Shaman happens to be my pet card for this deck haha. I absolutely love it, it is even my playmat. It has also been an absolute powerhouse everytime I have cast it so far.

I was debating putting Engineer in for Goblin Chainwhirler . So far Chainwhirler has been very lack luster. 3 red is harder to cast with all my colorless lands and it is often times a dud in hand. Thoughts?

Hm I think Mindclaw Shaman would be my pick to swap out for Goblin Engineer . The Shaman's high cmc and potential to whiff makes it a bit lackluster in my mind despite the cool effect
