EquivocalVision - Thanks for the compliments! Definitely still a work in progress if you read the notes/updates but it is getting there! It would be so easy to make so MANY Kaalia decks as there are so many good angels, demons, and dragons but so far I am loving the dragon synergy. I really want to get Ancient Gold Dragon added for combos off Terror of the Peaks, Dragon Tempest, or Scourge of Valkas as rolling a ten with no damage modifiers out or no other dragons in play equates to 66 damage :)
I had never seen Zirilan of the Claw...interesting card. You are also not the first to mention Quicksilver Amulet so I really need to add that to the Maybe Board to experiment with. You are right about if people instantly kill Kaalia of the Vast the deck is pretty slow but that is where all those treasure producing enchantments should come in handy! Kaalia speeds up the deck significantly but without her it still does pick up stream, and makes me significantly less of a target until I am a target :)
Personally, I feel like using cards like Sneak Attack to cheat creatures out only to have them possible exiled would do the deck as it is currently built a disservice but that is a unique twist this deck could take with the Flickering. has plenty of cards that you could add in to support that strategy to make it viable and there are enough demons, angels, and dragon with ETBs effects that could be used to punish, tutor, or protect as needed. I mean, could you imagine flickering Dockside Extortionist for 2x treasure production! I may take a stab at this idea in the future as I have never looked into a deck like that but it has potential...
I did take a look at your deck...Blast-Furnace Hellkite looks very similar to Sylvia Brightspear except it is a dragon...I like this! Lots of other angels and demons I had not seen before or would like to add to my deck but room is scarce.
Thanks again for the upvote and your thoughts, I appreciate it!

I'm building a The Prismatic Bridge Flip deck to cheat out creatures. I'm trying to pack the deck with creatures that boost the power/toughness of my other creatures. I've found things like Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite, Pathbreaker Ibex, Blossoming Bogbeast, Kamahl, Heart of Krosa, Zopandrel, Hunger Dominus, Thunderfoot Baloth, Gisela, Blade of Goldnight, Fiendish Duo, Angrath's Marauders and Necropolis Regent. I also have Blade Historian and Blast-Furnace Hellkite for double strike since it effectively boosts power.
What cards can you think of that I missed?

For global haste you can use Fires of Yavimaya, Concordant Crossroads, Mass Hysteria, and Urabrask the Hidden who will also conveniently turn off other people's haste. Anger and Barbarian Class also give haste after more effort.
Ant Queen, Artifact Mutation, Battle Hymn, Circle of Dreams Druid, Dragon Broodmother, Pest Infestation, Scute Swarm, Tempt with Vengeance, Sylvan Offering, Termagant Swarm are all useful if you can give haste to all of them.
Birds of Paradise is just the best mana dork.
You have green, so you might as well use the standard ramp package with Cultivate , Kodama's Reach, Explore , Farseek, , Rampant Growth, Three Visits and Nature's Lore. Probably ignore most mana rocks, because people are going to want to vandalblast you just because of the treasures.
For draw spells consider Scroll Rack, Garruk's Uprising, Elemental Bond, Soul's Majesty, Furious Rise, Rishkar's Expertise, Beast Whisperer, Shamanic Revelation, Disciple of Bolas, Pact of the Serpent, Painful Truths, Harmonize, Sign in Blood, Night's Whisper, Read the Bones, Ambition's Cost, Ancient Craving, Damnable Pact, Commune with Lava, Lifeblood Hydra, or maybe Necropotence although the color restricion on necro is tough, treasures should take care of it.
Fable of the Mirror-Breaker Flip, Ragavan, Nimble Pilferer , The Reaver Cleaver , Gadrak, the Crown-Scourge , Ancient Copper Dragon , Old Gnawbone Ziatora, the Incinerator for more treasure makers. Pyrohemia and Pestilence could be fun with the extra mana. Awaken the Woods is an amazing x spell too, but wont appreciate the two aforementioned cards.
If you're using magda the deck will benefit from dragons and expensive artifacts. throw in Imperial Recruiter and Worldly Tutor, Vampiric Tutor, and Demonic Tutor all go in your colors. so you can get her more consistently. Darksteel Forge and Gate to Phyrexia can be tutored into play with her for five treasure.
If you use dragons, you could add Dragonstorm, but you should carefully consider how many cheap spells you expect to be able to cast if you arent building specifically towards this card. Chatterstorm, Empty the Warrens, Yawgmoth's Will, Jeska's Will, Mana Geyser, and Manamorphose, Past in Flames are all good on their own and would add synergy.
Swashbuckler Extraordinaire is a very good payoff for using treasures if you dont use certain other nightmarish dragons like Atarka, World Render, Blast-Furnace Hellkite, Terror of Mount Velus, Thrakkus the Butcher

Damn XinZhao, how have I missed Blast-Furnace Hellkite?! Excellent suggestion! I’m definitely swapping Chancellor of the Annex for it. You’re right, Chancellor can be overcome easier than Liesa, Shroud of Dusk. Liesa is especially painful against decks depending on life consumption like K'rrik, Son of Yawgmoth.

zAzen7977 I've been looking for good replacements for Chancellor of the Annex and Liesa, Shroud of Dusk I found one I think would be a super good addition, Blast-Furnace Hellkite has a pretty crazy effect that really adds pressure to the board and really turns your threats into outright unadulterated violence. I think Chancellor of the Annex is the choice here her effect is nice but I think most storm combos would be able to pay the extra mana as opposed to Liesa's effect which could just outright kill someone trying to combo off as well as whittle away opponents making it easier to close out a game.
