Greetings, fellow Planeswalker!
It is I! *URZA!
Strongest Planeswalker in the entire universe, harbinger of doom, the world's demise, oh just kidding, I am but a head now that my body was lost to destroy Yawgmoth...
Anyway, today I am here to bring to you my deck of many friends, unfortunately I cannot take the helm because Wizards of the Coast™ knows my power all too well. Instead I will send my trusty steed Ramos, Dragon Engine to lead you to victory.
Just see all the delicious mana he makes! And what good am I, a talking old head in a jar, in a format named Elder Dragon Highlander?
Ramos: Sir, it's no longer just dragons in this 'format.' whatever that means.
What? Are you telling me these fools at Wizards started allowing random legendaries to be at the helm? Those bastards didn't even invite me? I guess i'll just have clone myself as a youth like a Blind Seer or something, but i'm gettting ahead of myself.

Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth : Allows us to always have black mana, as well as befriend our fellow black planeswalker at the table.
The Tabernacle at Pendrell Vale : Altough my time travel experiments failed at this location, it is still of great use to us.

1x The Chain Veil : No wonder Liliana got so powerful, she could use her abilities twice!

1xAjani Unyielding : Oh peaceful leonin, His + ability gives us a chance at grabbing more planeswalkers, His - gets rid of some pesky foes and his ultimate, well, Ajani is the friend we all want and need.
1xAjani Vengeant You know, whoever pissed off our friend here deserves his lands taken away. He also tends to shoot down our academy students, which is great.
1xDovin Baan : Did someone say 'I want an uninteractable Static Orb that only affects my opponents? No? Well that's what our boy in blue does.
1xElspeth, Knight-Errant : Is someone destroying our stuff? Not anymore! Also makes tokens.
1xJace, the Mind Sculptor : Oh jace, +2 Scry 1 for anybody, 0 Brainstorm, -1 bounce a creature and -12 we win the game! What's not to love?
1xJace, Unraveler of Secrets : See this jace has calmed down a bit since his edgy days, so now he refuses to communicate and counters your opponents first spell Each turn.
1xKarn Liberated : Karn wields my staff, any questions as to why he's OP should be sent to Wizards directly, also wow f*** tron.
1xNarset Transcendent : Narset declares that only we have can have fun in this game.
1xNicol Bolas, God-Pharaoh : Big god Bolas, 4 big abilities, each one worse than the other.
1xNicol Bolas, Planeswalker : Ah when he got his spark, they grow up so fast, anyway we just want to take other peoples stuff.
1x Nissa, Vital Force : Nissa love for hating drawing a land late game is the reason she's in here, also she can bring planeswalkers back to our hand from the grave.
1xRal Zarek : Ral is a friend we are iffy to invite, but we do it anyways, and it turns out fine.
1xRowan Kenrith : Rowan here is a bit brighter than her brother, she lets our planeswalker abilities happen twice.
1x Samut, the Tested : Alot of people hate Samut, but I for one stand uo for her! Her +1 may be useless but here she is, able to kill our academy students and bring in an additional 2 planeswalkers or creatures from our deck directly into play! Talk about hidden talents.
1x Sorin Markov : "Don't be mad because Sorins doing you better than you be doing you" - Sorin Gambino Markov
1xSorin, Solemn Visitor : You know, this sorins a bit nicer, he visits you after the party, brings a friend, wakes up the others and tells them tl basically go away.
1xTamiyo, Field Researcher : Did someone want an uninteractable with Omniscience? Oh wait we also get to draw 3 whole cards? Whaaaaaat
1xTamiyo, the Moon Sage : Tamiyo says the parties over when she says it's over.
1xTeferi, Hero of Dominaria : Oh this little sneaky brat sure knows how to keep your opponents wish they never played in the first place.
1xTeferi, Temporal Archmage : Listen here, I don't care what anyone says, before teferi became a hero he was a master of time, which means he should give us an extra turn? Oh wait, he does.
1xTeferi, Timebender : Instant speed planeswalker abilities?
1xTezzeret, Artifice Master End step I bring out a permanent from my deck onto the battlefield. Oh it's like (Insert powerful card here)
1x Ugin, the Spirit Dragon : Ugin, a strong spirit this one, doesn't care about the repurcussions, also he likes rhe number 7.
1x Venser, the Sojourner : Venser is like teferi, except like, better?
1x Vraska, Relic Seeker oh that's a cool life total, bam, you're on 1 life, also she destroys stuff and makes us mana, did I mention she makes a 2/2 Token with Menace?

1x Gilder Bairn : Doubles the loyalty of a planeswalker? Sounds Ouphe (iffy)
1x Muldrotha, the Gravetide : Brings back like all sorts of stuff from beyond.
1x Nicol Bolas, the Ravager : Just kinda invitied himself to the party, either way, the longer he stays the worse he gets.
1x Pir, Imaginative Rascal : Pir is so imaginativs, that he gives our friends more reasons to be our friend.
1x Shalai, Voice of Plenty : Shalai is our guardian angel.
1x Viral Drake : That one dude with the STD he tells no one about has one of these.
