-1x Shattering Spree / -1x Flamekin Harbinger --> +2x Quest for Pure Flame The more damage, the better.
-2x Faithless Looting --> +1x Reforge the Soul +1x Risk Factor Better to draw more cards instead of discarding the same amount.
-1x Braid of Fire --> +1x Runaway Steam-Kin Most of the instant effects are cut. Runaway fits the theme and helps with mana at sorcery speed.
-2x Chandra's Spitfire --> +2x Rekindling Phoenix I love the phoenix for it's flavor and strength. It's a very constant blocker against flying decks.
-2x Glacial Chasm / -1x Mountain --> +3xMyriad Landscape Cut the chasm because i now damage my opponent instead of all players. Myriad has an art which fits to the theme and helps with lands early game.
-4x Mountain --> +3x Valakut Awakening Flip / +1x Bonders' Enclave Added some new lands as well. Enclave fits the theme.
-1x Vow of Lightning --> +1x Anax, Hardened in the Forge Vow is fun but slow. Anax is fun and faster.
-1x Squee, Goblin Nabob --> +1x Goblin Chainwhirler Also a flavourfull goblin and adds to the idea of the deck. Also most of the discarding cards were cut earlier.
-1x Anger --> +1x Tuktuk Rubblefort Provides haste as well and has reach.
-1x Lord of Shatterskull Pass --> +1x Moraug, Fury of Akoum Lord was too slow, but had the feel because of the creature type. Added another minotaur.
-1x Stigma Lasher --> +1x Soulbright Flamekin for mana fix. Sitgma was too slow.
-2x Flamekin Harbinger --> +1 Cosmotronic Wave / +1x Bonfire of the Damned No need for searching elementals, more damage and free attack.
-1x Siege Dragon --> +1x Dragon Mage Because the number of flyers in my casual games keeps increasing. Siege dragon only damages non-flying creatures. Dragon mage helps searching for answers.
I also added some cards, for more diversity:

Also fun when you have purphoros out.) +1x Inferno Titan (Another giant that helps quakebringer and shoots damage itself.) +1x Immolation Shaman (Fun early drop that fits the theme.)

Deck has been struggling vs. artifact hate. The issue here is that, regardless of being hit by it as well, other good players tend to leave artifact hate in play due to this list's aggressive dump/refill strategy. So, I'm considering non-intrusive options for hitting planeswalkers, since one of the deck's MVP's Karn, the Great Creator is also one of it's greatest adversaries.

Reverberate, which was a Scroll Rack, has been swapped out for Soul Shatter. Reverberate was... okay, at best, but also wildly inconsistent. I wanted to try it vs. Ad Nauseam which is rampant in my meta, but even being able to copy it wasn't enough to stop what happened after the fact. RIP lol. Anyways, I was playing Soul Shatter for a while prior actually due to the instant speed nature of it, since it worked well at keeping permanents down for Smokestack and helped vs. indestructible targets (which helped with Devastation). It's one more mana than the more common Liliana's Triumph, an excellent budget option for any deck in black, but can also hit planeswalkers -- and has a much higher chance at hitting what you want it to. Usually it's Sisay decks running Karn, the Great Creator, and as such he will almost always be the highest CMC creature/walker in play during the turns where it matters.

Inquisition of Kozilek swapped out for Duress. I've ping-ponged between these two endlessly, but I think Duress is coming out ahead. So, Inquisition of Kozilek has a really strong upside of being able to hit Dockside Extortionist, Thassa's Oracle, or any other low-cmc creature. Generally that's good enough on it's own, but being able to Reanimate a discarded creature can be key to winning without Tevesh Szat, Doom of Fools. Roger provides one target, and having a second can speed up a win by an absurd amount. That said, despite Duress not aiding in that regard, it can hit Ad Nauseam, which is generally broadcast miles ahead and is an easy target. Even if they cast it in response, I can then discard whatever the most important card in their hand is, which can greatly lessen the power of said deck's all-in play. With how many Ad Nauseam decks I play against, any edge like this can help.

Rite of Flame is out for Lotus Petal. Technically petal is better in every way, except for the fact that it gets hit by artifact hate. Wasn't too keen on that idea which is why it was exempt for the longest time. I'm trying to get a more efficient mana base going, though, and being able to add the mana at instant speed rather than sorcery should help the overall deck a lot.
I didn't end up ordering a number of cards like Tarnished Citadel and Lotus Petal during my last batch of buys, so I guess I'll have to do that now lol.

In the last Games with this Deck I realized that this Deck needs more Combos to be able to react to more Board situations. Therefore I took some advices from the Comments and added new Cards like Grave Titan or Bastion of Remembrance to have more options available.

Got rid of the following: Whir of Invention, Desertion, Spell Burst, Island x9, Dreamstone Hedron, Spell Swindle, Traveler's Amulet, Midnight Clock, Cancel, Padeem, Spire of Industry, Darksteel Ingot, One with the Machine, and Jushi Apprentice. Replaced with the following: Blue Sun's Zenith, Teferi, Master of Time, Void Winnower, Mox Amber, Stormtide Leviathan, Force of Will, Apprentice Wizard, Hullbreacher, Archmage's Charm, Castle Vantress, Mox Opal, Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx, Lotus Petal, Minamo, School at Water's Edge, Lonely Sandbar, Coral Atoll, Remote Isle, Worn Powerstone, Tolaria West, Arcance Signet, Leyline of Anticipation, Teferi's Ageless Insight. I have also replaced Thought Vessel with Folio of Fancies but this is not permanent.

Updated with cards from the Ranar precon. I realized my mistake of running Sky and Marble Daimond, as they enter tapped each time theyre flickered by Brago, so they've been replaced by Arcane and Azorius Signets.

Officially cut all of the skellys. Too many blowouts by lava dart and too many skellys trapped in hand by and opposing Thalia. Skelemental does not really it the midrange grind plan of the deck and has been replaced by filling out the bauble package. with 4 bauble and lurrus has been added to the main.

- Eyeblight Cullers - Expensive to cast and conditional on dying to get the tokens. Don't think it's worth it.
- Eyeblight Massacre - Upgrading to Elvish Dreadlord instead.
- Farhaven Elf - I think I want cheap mana dorks rather than this ETB land ramp.
- Harvest Season - This has a high ceiling but it's a bit too conditional for my liking. I want reliable, early ramp instead.
- Jagged-Scar Archers - Requires a board state to do much damage and limited to only fliers. Better off with a targeted removal spell.
- Jaspera Sentinel - Just plain bad compared to standard mana dorks.
- Llanowar Tribe - Expensive mana dork (might be too big to even be a dork), trying some cheaper dorks instead.
- Lys Alana Scarblade - Feels too conditional. It requires me to have a board state of elves and have additional elves in my hand. Better off with a single target removal spell.
- Masked Admirers - Would rather have better card advantage than this.
- Nullmage Shepherd - Four elves is a lot of elves to tap. Thinking I'll be better off with a targeted removal spell instead.
- Numa, Joraga Chieftain - That's a lot of mana for some counters. I think I'm ok to cut this and rely on my Elf Lords to pump my creatures instead.
- Poison the Cup - Would prefer a more versatile single target removal spell.
- Pride of the Perfect - Replacing this effect with Elf Lords.
- Roots of Wisdom - Would rather better card advantage than this.
- Springbloom Druid - I can do better than this for mana ramp.
- 2x Swamp - Going down to 35 lands seems reasonable given the ramp and low curve of the deck.
- Sylvan Messenger - Concerned about the potential of this wiffing and drawing me nothing. Replacing with more reliable card draw.
- Tergrid's Shadow - Expensive to cast and I don't like letting my opponents choose which creatures to sacrifice. Would rather just target and destroy what I need to.
- Timberwatch Elf - Could be powerful but I think I'm better off with Elf Lords that buff the whole team.
- Twinblade Assassins - Expensive for an effect that only happens on my end step and only if a creature died this turn. Replacing with better card advantage.
- Voice of Many - Conditional card advantage, I can do better.
- Voice of the Woods - Kinda' neat but also kind of expensive to cast (5 cmc) and activate (needing 5 untapped elves).
- Wood Elves - I think I want cheap mana dorks rather than this ETB land ramp.

In: 1.) Counter Balance - It is finally back in the deck after so long. We figured out a way to be more consistent with it and it works! 2.) Deflecting Swat - I know some might be getting tired of the in and outs of this card, but THIS time it will stay in. We ramp enough that this will continue to be relevant. 3.) Fierce Guardianship, same can be said for this one as well. 4.) Plateau - Added back if for the shuffles! 5.) Prismatic Vista - Shuffles baby, shuffles! 6.) Tormod's Crypt - We have a way to reliably RIP an opponent without playing RIP. It's free too! Out: 1.) Copy Artifact - Everytime I add this it gets cut again. It's a very medium card. 2.) Dovin's Veto - Our deck is izzet, and while it is uncounterable, a lot of times it feels awkward due to pips and sits in the hand. We are a proactive deck! 3.) Fiery Islet - This does not truly count as a land so it can go. 4.) Mana Drain - This will fit better in a midrange version of Elsha. 5.) Pyroclasm - It is certainly a meta call now. 6.) Realize spitting image isn’t as useful in here as I was expecting. Half the time upon drawing it I would think, damn I wish that were a different card. So when I started thinking bout what to replace it with it hit me that scroll rack would be the perfect replacement so I could shape the top 3 cards of my library to maximize Golos’s ability.
