it's a deck alright

Hey, sweet deck. Let's take a look at win conditions and lands. I've identified a problem with your deck: You aggressively want to control the board with your 1-3 drops. While other players are playing 6 mana bombs every turn your are trying to eke out board advantage with 3 or 4 creatures a turn.
- You don't need board wipes in this deck, they actively go against your game-plan, and in no way help you win.
- Less removal in general. I counted 18 pieces of removal in your instants and sorceries. Keep Path to Exile, Swords to Plowshares, and Damn and get rid of the rest. You ARE the threat, if your deck is running slowly to the point that you feel like you need removal, you need better creatures.
As for lands, use this mana base.
Lands:
- 1x Ancient Tomb
- 1x Arid Mesa
- 1x Blightstep Pathway  Flip
- 1x Blood Crypt
- 1x Bloodstained Mire
- 1x Bojuka Bog
- 1x Boros Garrison
- 1x Brightclimb Pathway  Flip
- 1x Buried Ruin
- 1x Command Tower
- 1x Eiganjo, Seat of the Empire
- 1x Godless Shrine
- 1x Marsh Flats
- 6x Mountain
- 1x Myriad Landscape
- 1x Needleverge Pathway  Flip
- 1x Orzhov Basilica
- 4x Plains
- 1x Rakdos Carnarium
- 1x Sacred Foundry
- 1x Sunhome, Fortress of the Legion
- 5x Swamp
How would I change your win condition...well you are trying to do knight tribal...
Consider these cards:
- Bond of Discipline
- Response / Resurgence
- Sorin Markov
- Aether Vial
- Glorybringer
- Luminarch Aspirant
- Lion Sash
- Harsh Mentor

- Price of Progress
- Flametongue Kavu
- Selfless Spirit
- Remorseful Cleric
- Unexpectedly Absent
- Goblin Rabblemaster
- Solitude
- Skyclave Apparition
- Palace Jailer
- Grim Lavamancer
- Fury
- Bonecrusher Giant
- Dark Confidant
- Thalia, Guardian of Thraben

king-saproling thank you for the suggestions. Palace Jailer would be awesome to introduce monarch into the game especially with some of the blink effects already in here. Mentor of the Meek was in before but i found it didn't always perform as well as anticipated. Plus only have the 1 copy in paper and seemed to fit much better in my 4 color squirrels deck :D

Looks fun. Mentor of the Meek seems like it'd be good here. You could use him alonsgide the part of the dungeon that makes skeletons. Also Palace Jailer is a solid card for mono-white.

On one hand. This is what magic was meant to be. I havent played a few of these cards since i first put a deck together. Crusade. won't even show the image.. That is a discussion for another time...
Suggested additions
Loyal Warhound ramp in white
Skullclamp card draw
Sun Titan recursion
Abzan Falconer can give mass evasion
Some amount of board wipes my favorites atm are Tragic Arrogance Martial Coup Vanquish the Horde Ondu Inversion  Flip .
Cathars' Crusade it wins games. You may want to not use this so you focus on lifegain but this cards does work
Crested Sunmare lifegain payoff
Crovax, Ascendant Hero Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite
Soul of Eternity Celestial Mantle Axis of Mortalitykinda slow for my meta but might work for you.
Dawn of Hope card draw and can make tokens
Alseid of Life's Bounty protection w/ lifelink
Well of Lost Dreams card draw
Shattered Angel Angel of Vitality to keep with the angels if u want
Palace Jailer monarch is card draw also fun. and removal
Ajani's Pridemate lifegian payoff. its gets huge here because each attacking creature has its own trigger to grow the pridemate. i think 1 or 2 cards make essentially copies of this card. they might be worth looking for
Blind Obedience staxy and lifegain
Moon-Blessed Cleric you run a lot of enchantments your enchantress sub theme can be supported with this
Akroma's Will protection/ finisher
Noble Purpose unnoticed lifegain card that would be good here maybe
Lunarch Veteran  Flip Soul Warden Soul's Attendant Daxos, Blessed by the Sun Suture Priestlifegain dorks
Katilda, Dawnhart Martyr  Flip lifegain with enchantment payoff as well
now how do u win? atm you focus on going wide with weenies but have a focus on gaining life. Possible ideas Aetherflux Reservoir Archangel of Thune Felidar Sovereign Serra Avatar Starfield of Nyx Nykthos Paragon True Conviction
this is just some ranting. Its up to you how you want to build your deck! Other areas you should look at it your mana base (use tech lands you have almost all basics), ramp to your bigger stuff and card draw in general.

Hey, well done so far on a budget.
Unfortunately, Ranar has been errata to instead say, "Whenever one or more cards are put into exile from your hand or a spell or ability you control exiles one or more permanents from the battlefield, create a 1/1 white Spirit creature token with flying". This change means Ranar + Samurai of the Pale Curtain + Blasting Station isn't an infinite combo anymore. The act of sacing a Spirit with Station is a cost not a spell or ability. Ranar now cares about the source that originally made the permanent leave the battlefield and the original source has to exile the permanent which Station doesn't do.
Samurai of the Pale Curtain's ability to exile opponent's permanents is also hindered by this errata because now Ranar cares about the source that removed the permanent from the battlefield before Samurai exiles that card. For example, if you destroy an opponent's artifact with Disenchant that permanent is destroyed and then Samurai exiles that permanent when it goes to the graveyard, but you don't create a Spirit by Ranar. The original source that made the permanent leave the battlefield is a spell, Disenchant, but Disenchant doesn't exile and it must to create a Spirit. Swords to Plowshares still works fine since it exiles the creature as the original source doing the exile.
Ranar + Blasting Station + Restoration Angel + Felidar Guardian is still a win condition infinite combo since the errata to Ranar doesn't change it's effect with blinking permanents.
30 lands is a low amount with only 5 sources of ramp. Consider 5 more budget lands and ramp?
- Nimbus Maze
- Port Town
- Skycloud Expanse
- 1x Island
- 1x Plains
- Stoic Farmer
- Strixhaven Stadium: can be a win condition with lots of attacking flying Spirits and Spirits can defend to not lose point counters.
- Azorius Signet
- Heraldic Banner: could replace another anthem since this one is also ramp.
A excellent budget interaction with blink is Palace Jailer since when Jailer is blinked the exiled creature doesn't return to the battlefield, that only happens when you lose the monarch not when Jailer leaves the battlefield. This makes Jailer when blinked an engine to exile opponent's creatures which also creates Spirit tokens by Ranar. Jailer also gives you the monarch when it's blinked for a repeatable draw source at your end step. Spirit tokens help to defend as blockers to keep the monarch since the only way you lose the monarch is by an opponent doing combat damage to you or an opponent plays a card that makes them the monarch.
If interested I offer more advice including cuts to consider. Good luck with your deck.

Looks like a decent list so far. Personally I would make these swaps:
Tamiyo's Journal -> Palace Jailer
Anvil of Bogardan -> Alms Collector
Thaumatic Compass -> Verge Rangers
Howling Mine -> Tome of Legends
Auriok Champion -> Containment Priest
Soul's Attendant -> Esper Sentinel
Soul Warden -> Welcoming Vampire
Venser's Journal -> Bygone Bishop

Well met, fair traveler. Meseems you have taken a daring endeavor into mono-White, hereupon I may offer some dorky card suggestions for you to consider. Shall we?
I had taken a delve into playing mono-White recently. It is far different than anything I have designed in the past, but it is something that can be toppled. You have done a fair job of this yourself, given the constraints.
A card condign of this strategy is Crackdown. It hits nothing of your own whilst being a grave hindrance to your foe. Now, your board may swing freely and dungeon crawl.
Though not flashy, Endless Atlas serves a great purpose of drawing cards, which is by far the great plight of White. Mangara, Esper Sentinel, and The Immortal Sun all bestow the same to varying degrees.
Whiles not being the most efficient, a favourite of mine has become Phyrexian Portal. This is a ball to resolve. It is like a Fact or Fiction, but around six-to-eight times worse: when one is in White, one does not care.
What if I told you there was an older and stranger version of Eerie Interlude? Thence is the lede for Ghostway. This is the way those past their day come to sway and utterly say that they shan't stay. Okay?
Do you know what is really fun to blink? Glorious Protector, for once it is exiled, it brings back everything else. This is a way to turn a Teleportation Circle into a repeatable Eerie Interlude. Though debatably worse, Lumbering Battlement gives the same.
The last recreant I may proffer is Palace Jailer. Be the sovereign and slaughter all inimical! Then you suffer one hit point and set down your crown, as is just law.
Thus is all I have for you. May fate be kind to your scale-coated leader, and may you read to the end of my comment.
If you are keen, I have two lists of my own that may be of aid to your deck-building adventures, being Orzhov Blink and Mono-White Legends. Thank you ahead of time and toodles!

Thanks for the upvote DemonDragonJ. This is something I've been wanting to build for soo long. I've had this idea for a year or more, and now here it is. Its not in paper form yet, but I'm pretty sure I'm gonna put this one in paper. It just playtests so nicely too. You know what I really want to make room for? Palace Jailer, but I'm not sure what to remove.
