3> Ahhh I've been wanting to play with Obosh, the Preypiercer and Angrath's Marauders - glad you found a spot for them. While you're at it, you could also consider other "damage doublers" such as Wound Reflection and Fiendish Duo. I've thought about a Vial-Smasher deck with a White partner just to add Gisela, Blade of Goldnight.
3> I see you enjoy big monsters and X-spells here. Oh to be young again... but seriously, this seems like a good deck to play them in as you would be rewarded. Instants are your friend, as you can Smash Vials on everyone's turn! No Comet Storm?
3> I would be worried about Vial-Smasher getting nuked from orbit as soon as your turn passes and it's no longer indestructible. You'll find Heroic Intervention and Slippery Bogbonder will help with targeted Exile removal. You already have Destroy and Sacrifice covered I see.
3> I see some cost-reduced and commander-free spells in there, but you have a limited suite. While doing research for my thoughts on Vial-Smasher, I found the following might be helpful - list is just copy/paste, so it will include some White and/or Blue cards:
- 3- Offalsnout (evoke B)
- 3- Rushwood Legate (opponent control island)
- 4- Skyshroud Cutter (control forest, opponents gain life)

if this deck is for casual then i'd say its pretty alright for a fun break from the norm. Only 10 cards short of a commander deck too if you want to go that route. But if you're looking for more competitiveness, I'd say to do the following:
The first thing we need to do before anything, is to figure out the strategy we're going for. Obviously a token based liliana deck is way out of reasonable budgets. The blue you added does give me an idea for a control based zombie deck.
So the first thing to do is remove the cards above 60 that we wouldn't need, along with cards that will don't either assist or protect our strategies. I would start by removing the following: 2 - Advanced Stitchwing. 2 - Certain Death. 1 - Collective Brutality. 1 - Corrupt. 1 - Corrupted Roots. 2 - Disentomb. 1 - Doom Blade. 1 - Essence Harvest. 1 - Gnawing Zombie. 1 - Grixis Slavedriver. 1 - Grixis Grimblade. 1 - Hunted Ghoul. 1 - Haunted Dead. 3 - Ingenious Skaab. 4 - Laboratory Brute. 1 - Lamplighter of Selhoff. 1 - Maalfeld Twins. 2 - Macabre Waltz. 2 - Midnight Recovery. 1 - Mistvein Borderpost. 1 - Moan of the Unhallowed. 2 - Paranoid Delusions. 1 - Polluted Dead. 2 - Psychic Strike. 1 - Recover. 1 - Rise from the Grave. 1 - Scrapskin Drake. 1 - Shambling Attendants. 1 - Sibsig Host. 1 - Sibsig Muckdraggers. 1 - Sidisi's Pet. 1 - Sip of Hemlock. 1 - Skinrender. 1 - Spineless Thug. 1 - Stitched Mangler. 2 - Thraben Foulbloods. 1 - Strange Augmentation. 1 - Undead Executioner. 1 - Zombie Outlander. 15 - Swamp. 10 - Island.
It IS Quite a lot, but it's because we need to make room for the cards that'll make the bulk of our strategy, not to mention there are cheaper, better alternatives to most of these cards (lands were removed because the mana base will be changed later). With these cards taken out, that leaves us with the following: 3 - Cemetery Recruitment. 1 - Ghastly Conscription. 1 - Sign in Blood. 1 - Graf Harvest. 1 - Rooftop Storm. 2 - Gavony Unhallowed. 1 - Jhessian Zombies. 1 - Vedalken Ghoul.
these are pretty linearly focused for an effective strategy. to fluff out the rest of the cards for the deck, I'd recommend:
+1 - Cemetery Recruitment. +3 - Sign in Blood. +4 - Mana Leak. +3 - Duress. +3 - Vedalken Ghoul. +3 - Jhessian Zombies. +1 - Rooftop Storm. +4 - Go for the Throat. +4 - Rotting Rats. +3 - Claim / Fame.

for starters you could cut down on creatures like: Aether Poisoner, Child of Night, Daggerdrome Imp, Deathgaze Cockatrice, Farbog Revenant, Feral Abomination, Fetid Imp, Flensermite, Giant Scorpion, Hand of Silumgar, Hired Poisoner, Markov Patrician, Maze Abomination, Moonglove Changeling, Moonglove Winnower, Nirkana Assassin, Queen's Agent, Rancid Rats, Ruin Rat, Scrounger of Souls, Sidisi's Pet, Skittering Heartstopper Vampire Champion and replace others for: Black Cat, Burglar Rat, Cadaver Imp, Liliana's Specter, Ravenous Rats, Twisted Abomination, Gurmag Angler but would compite with Shambling Attendants for the gy. some usefuls spells you might replace or add cound be: Blessing of Leeches, Sadistic Glee, Soul Channeling, Ashes to Ashes, Evincar's Justice, Shred Memory, Dark Bargain, maybe Crypt Incursion. im out of ideas for cards, for now, and you could add more artifact ramp or artifact that can be creatures like Guardian Idol, Wayfarer's Bauble is in every deck i play, Relic of Progenitus and Nihil Spellbomb are always good gy hate.

alright so here goes, so the cards to the left can be swapped with the ones to the right, it has the same or very similair effect but for a reduced mana cost etc.
Bloodtallow Candle -> Dismember
Whispers of Emrakul -> Hymn to Tourach
Painful Lesson -> Night's Whisper (there is also: Sign in Blood
Lethal Sting -> Victim of Night (there is also Go for the Throat)
Dutiful Return -> Ghoulcaller's Chant ? (its cheaper and will almost always be for a zombie? a lot cheeper but its your call.)
Abyssal Specter -> Hypnotic Specter
the next ones are cards i think you should strip, i will list them and then explain why:
Ruin Rat : you already have a few of these, and this isnt even a zombie. there are just better cards out there that arent expensive at all, (i'll give some suggestions further down the post)
Shambling Attendants : Just strictly bad, you dont want to play a 3/5 dude for 8 mana ever.
Cruel Feeding : its just pretty bad, the strive cost is very expensive just to +1/0 lifelink. dont use this unless you had something specific in mind that i didnt catch up on reading the list.
Duress and Divest : these never really do much, yes you get to pick away 1 card and see 1 hand but you will almost never hit anything especially good, only run this if you are planning to do a lot of 1v1 EDH.
Here are some suggestions of cards that are very cheap and are pretty good:

Nice Pauper deck :D
Have you thought about these card..
Dusk Legion Zealot = life the draw a card for a 1/1 body for 2 is pretty neat ;)
Gurmag Angler = a 5/5 which can delve away used cards in the graveyard to become cheaper to cast :)
there is other cards also that use the delve mechanic in the common slot which is..
Sultai Scavenger = 3/3 creature with flying and delve
Shambling Attendants = 3/5 creature with Deathtouch and Delve
Then we have..
Victim of Night = Destroy almost anything for 2 black mana even artifact/Black creature :3

I realize it's probably too cute to work, but here's the general idea. Get a Tasigur, Gurmag, Shambling Attendants or Sibsig Muckdraggers into play asap! have a bit of a toolbox like: Iona, Shield of Emeria Jin-Gitaxias, Core Augur Moldgraf Monstrosity Reya Dawnbringer Blazing Archon Prince of Thralls Platinum Emperion Worldspine Wurm Woodfall Primus Bogardan Hellkite Magister Sphinx... You get the idea. + counterspells and stuff.

Don't see a double post on mine, you're good!
-- Don't think you need 4 Hissing Quagmire to make best use of Sylvan Advocate, it's just a strong, strong card on its own. If you find yourself needing more G/B lands you might as well go up on it, but there's no need to push it. A 2 mana 4/5 with vigilance is good enough without the 4/4 deathtouch land. By the time you can start affording to activate Quagmire and attack with it (lategame) chances are you'll have run into one already. At least that's how it's going with the Jund build I play!
--Yeah, they're not in the system yet even though Mindbender was spoiled forever ago. Not sure why... I use Shambling Attendants as a placeholder for Mindbender because it's the same mana cost & Delve is like Emerge.
--You can totally escalate. You can't play alternate casting costs with Dark-Dwellers, like Surge or Emerge, but you can always play additional casting costs-- even have to, if it's something like Lightning Axe. I love Collective Defiance + Goblin Dark-Dwellers.
