Hello again! I'm on mobile currently so my help might be minimal for now.
I do not like Forbid. It's way too much of a disadvantage.
I think you can cut back on a lot of instants by adding this mini combo. Run Archaeomancer/Mnemonic Wall/Scrivener and Ghostly Flicker/Displace in order to get cast triggers repeatedly. You then can even run a mini ETB package with creatures such as AEther Adept, Mulldrifter, Ingot Chewer, and Faultgrinder.
Maybe that could be a direction to take.

Land destruction- Traditionally, the rush to 5 lands has been for Plow Under, with Molten Rain, Rain of Tears, Boom/Bust/Darksteel Citadel, Acidic Slime, Mwonvuli Acid-Moss and so forth for pure land destruction, but using Deus of Calamity for beatdown is interesting. Spells like Anger of the Gods will likely be useful to cut down early aggression for opponents and some classic ramping elves could provide devotion and help reach that 'I'm hitting you and you can't stop me' stage. not a fan of hedonist compared to something like Elvish Mystic, but both would probably be the right thing, and let you fill those higher mana slots simpler. All told, Avalanche Riders/Goblin Ruinblaster/Acidic Slime/Faultgrinder/Incendiary Command/Stingmoggie in the top slots and some ramp will perform reasonably well. If you want to go the hasty beatdown with land destruction to hold off control decks, something like Alpha Authority or Bear Umbra will be good. Best of luck

In any delve strategy you should be playing Thought Scour. It gives you card advantage and grows the graveyard. Sibsig Muckdraggers seems to be working backwards in your favor as it is not a very good threat and makes your graveyard smaller as it is cast. Fulminator Mage is straight up better than Faultgrinder in my opinion and tightens the mana curve. I am liking the game plan that the deck is trying to achieve and tombstalker is an excellent threat to end games.

If you want more land destruction, there's always Faultgrinder and Goblin Gardener, but I'm against those kinds of cards anyway. Mostly, though, it's because my meta isn't very competitive and doesn't have good land destruction targets.
Duplicant is a powerful option with Feldon because it can get rid of almost any creature that's ailing you. Chancellor of the Forge is my favorite goblin token maker because he gets so big so easily. Steel Hellkite is just about red's only answer to enchantments, so that could be a good card for you if you run into that problem.
The last two cards I'll suggest are not creatures, but still good. Mesmeric Orb lets you mill yourself for free, but it can help the other players. Lastly, I think that All Is Dust is the perfect boardwipe for a deck with a lot of colorless artifacts and creatures that don't stay dead. Well, these are just my opinions from the experiences I've had with my deck Feldon Never Gets Any Love. Feel free to accept or reject anything I say.

Just thought of some other awesome options. Dead Drop, Tombstalker, Gurmag Angler, Murderous Cut, Necropolis Fiend, Shambling Attendants, Sibsig Muckdraggers, and Sultai Scavenger could all be possible main deck options. Faultgrinder and Ingot Chewer for the sideboard. Some of these may be decent options for what you're going for of course you would have to balance the delve aspect. I think you ahould remove Tasigur, the Golden Fang because you can't activate his ability 9based on your current mana base) and you can't play both since he is a Legend.
