You can probably take out the small creatures like Daggerdrome Imp and Rakdos Cackler. They seem to be just chump blockers and your first few turns can be better spent ramping. Since small creatures do not seem too good, Demon of Death's Gate probably isn't that good either. It also sucks to get blown out on a 3 for 1 when your opponents have spot removal. Diabolic Servitude or Phyrexian Reclamation are interesting replacements for Victimize if you find yourself not having a good sac target.

for starters you could cut down on creatures like: Aether Poisoner, Child of Night, Daggerdrome Imp, Deathgaze Cockatrice, Farbog Revenant, Feral Abomination, Fetid Imp, Flensermite, Giant Scorpion, Hand of Silumgar, Hired Poisoner, Markov Patrician, Maze Abomination, Moonglove Changeling, Moonglove Winnower, Nirkana Assassin, Queen's Agent, Rancid Rats, Ruin Rat, Scrounger of Souls, Sidisi's Pet, Skittering Heartstopper Vampire Champion and replace others for: Black Cat, Burglar Rat, Cadaver Imp, Liliana's Specter, Ravenous Rats, Twisted Abomination, Gurmag Angler but would compite with Shambling Attendants for the gy. some usefuls spells you might replace or add cound be: Blessing of Leeches, Sadistic Glee, Soul Channeling, Ashes to Ashes, Evincar's Justice, Shred Memory, Dark Bargain, maybe Crypt Incursion. im out of ideas for cards, for now, and you could add more artifact ramp or artifact that can be creatures like Guardian Idol, Wayfarer's Bauble is in every deck i play, Relic of Progenitus and Nihil Spellbomb are always good gy hate.

Seems a nice deck, but I'd make some suggestions:

First of all I'd add Fatal Push. It's very usefull when you want to remove an annoying opponent's creature. Probably I'd put it instead of Reaper from the Abyss, since it's true that the reaper is a creature that does good things, but it costs really much.

I don't really like Bone Picker and Savra, Queen of the Golgari since you don't have so many chances to cast the picker in the first turns and you don't sacrifice creatures, which makes the queen useless

Cards you could consider are: Bitterblossom, Basilica Screecher, Beckon Apparition, Daggerdrome Imp, Gurmag Swiftwing, Kitesail Freebooter, Inquisition of Kozilek, Thoughtseize, Ravenous Chupacabra

I understand why Awaken the Bear and Unnatural Predation are there (you want trample creatures). But aren't better Rancor, Vines of Vastwood or Predator's Strike?

Last thing: I'd add more Overgrown Tomb (raising it up to 3x) and 4x of Verdant Catacombs

Here are my suggestions, based on our talk and your budget. Out: 1. 1x Daggerdrome Imp 2. 1x Deeproot Warrior 3. 2x Old-Growth Dryads 4. 1x Sengir Vampire 5. 2x Thrill-Kill Assassin 6. 2x Doom Blade 7. 2x Rancor (you'll have less creatures to target for this) 8. 1x Duress (2 is fine) 9. 1x Liliana, Death Wielder

In: 1. 4x Inquisition of Kozilek 2. 1x Liliana Vess 3. 3x Fatal Push 4. 2x Bloodghast 5. 2x Grim Flayer

You'll want to up your lands to about 21 at least I'd say. Some decent budget lands in your colors include Llanowar Wastes and Blooming Marsh. I'd really strongly advise running fetch and shock lands if/when you can afford then though.

I would switch 1x Blossoming Sands, 2x Evolving Wilds, and 1x Ghoulflesh for 4x Verdant Catacombs and 2x Forest and 2x Swamp for 4x Hissing Quagmire. Up your Deadly Recluse and Rancor to 4 and add 4 Vampire Nighthawk. You can take out Sengir Vampire and Daggerdrome Imp for the Nighthawk, as well as Rotfeaster Maggot and Duskdale Wurm. I'd also take out your planeswalker and put in a couple Thrun, the Last Troll.

I would replace the Daggerdrome Imps with Ajani's Pridemates. The Pridemates are just a better 2 drop in my opinion.

Just a few ideas, it seems you play casually so the cards here are from all different kinds of sets:

Max out (4x) on Mortuary Mire.

Replace Daggerdrome Imp by Zulaport Cutthroat, it has more certainty to deal damage and gain you life then the imp.

Replace Mind Rot (you don't have any other discarding cards so it's annoying for your opponent but it doesn't help you win the game) and Unholy Hunger (mana cost too high) with Doom Blade, it's great and easy removal (instant!).

Then you can remove Demon's Grasp with Languish, it's 1 mana cheaper, and targets all your opponent's creatures to clear the board easily.

Not sure about the other creatures yet, i'll check in later!
