Rakish Heir , Vampire Nighthawk , Indulgent Aristocrat , Sanctum Seeker and Stromkirk Noble are all budget cards that would slot well into this deck. If you're willing to spend a bit more, Gifted Aetherborn , Drana, Liberator of Malakir and Knight of the Ebon Legion would be good additions. I'd also move Olivia, Mobilized for War into the main in place of Vampire Warlord or Markov Patrician

Not really sure what purpose Bubbling Cauldron serves here. Clear a Path seems a strange choice to me as well. Terminate would provide a much broader scope of removal for just more and be instant speed too.

Like the inclusion of By Force but Demolish seems a bit slow for an aggro deck.

To go with the theme, definitely Vampiric Tutor but also maybe put in card draw stuff in blue if you're going to use Oloro, I.E. Impulse, Brainstorm, Thought Reflection, Drogskol Reaver (kinda looks like a vampire spirit in my opinion), Cyclonic Rift (for control purposes / if you're being overwhelmed or maybe to finish), and maybe more kill spells to activite abilities so Malicious Affliction, Doom Blade, Go for the Throat, Rend Flesh, and Hex. Also other interesting annoying things would be include Reanimate, Exhume, Dread Return, and Mirko Vosk, Mind Drinker to bring back dead stuff or Mirko Vosk will just wreck green ramp decks that have pulled out a ton of lands but also have evasion unlike Drana's Chosen which also will probably not get her effect to activate often. If you don't want those maybe look into Markov Crusader or Markov Patrician or Markov Dreadknight as alternatives for some of the ally vampires since they're strong if all are out together but alone there are better options. Except Drana, she doesn't need allies to work.

You definitely have a good start here. I'm going to second buildingadeck's advice, you really don't want more than 60 cards and the more copies of your main players the better. It's very hard to stick with that rule when you first start building decks, I know. To decide which ones have to go, look at the casting cost compared to what it does for you snd how many other cards you have that do the same thing better. Looking through these, I suggest considering the following for removal: Banshee's Blade, Shield of the Avatar, Mark of the Vampire, Balustrade Spy, Falkenrath Noble, Markov Patrician, Murder While that Bloodline Keeper suggestion is super sexy, you can also do more with the cards you already have. Consider replacing Chosen of Markov  Flip with Butcher of Malakir, Feast on the Fallen with Vampiric Link, Urge to Feed with Dark Ritual. Either get at least one more Chariot of Victory or consider cutting it. Others that are worth investing in more copies: Gatekeeper of Malakir, Kalastria Highborn, Quag Vampires These could replace Shadow Alley Denizen and Vampire Interloper.

I actually have a strange bias against mortuary mire. Have you tried Strip Mine? It's so much cheaper than wasteland.I know Bloodghast is worse in commander than it is in constructed, but it is still really insane with sacrifice effects and with fetches(Myriad Landscape and Evolving Wilds do pretty good impressions of fetches), if not a little expensive. The old kalitas, Kalitas, Bloodchief of Ghet is a hysterical giant vampire. Markov Patrician is kinda weak, and I really hate Guul Draz Overseer, but for the overseer, that is just because of a draft I had where it way under performed for me to say the least.

Lords:
+Ascendant Evincar -Steel Hellkite Steel hellkite has to connect to be useful, a guy that buffs all your vampires and makes everyone else's stuff smaller seems better. Same CMC
+Captivating Vampire -Barony Vampire Your stuff gets bigger, can take stuff, same CMC
+Malakir Bloodwitch -Fiend of the Shadows Fiend is boom or bust, Bloodwitch is going to hurt someone
+Rakish Heir -Pilgrim's Eye Pilgrim's eye isn't great ramp, Rakish heir can make your guys huge.

Removal:
+Shattering Spree -Demolish You probably aren't targeting lands that often, for same mana you could take out several artifacts
+Shattering Pulse -Fissure Vent Same mana, can't hit a land, but is repeatable for that mana or you can cast it for 2

Get Urborg or Cabal
+Expedition Map -Wayfarer's Bauble Only make this switch when you get Cabal or Urborg

Tribal goodness:
+Urza's Incubator -Olivia Voldaren You've got Olivia twice, Urza's incubator is boss makes some of your guys just cost 1 or 2 mana.

Card Advantage:
+Phyrexian Arena -Erdwal Ripper If you are playing black you should have this.

Utility Vampires:
+Bloodhusk Ritualist -Malakir Familiar Best way to make sure someone can't screw with you is to get rid of their hand.
+Blood Artist -Markov Patrician It's another blood seeker effect, only you gain life too
+Sangromancer -Sengir Vampire Sangromancer will trigger off of anything your opponents control dieing.

Board Wipes:
+Blasphemous Act -Plague Wind this one is a toss up, if plague wind is working for you, leave it. 13dmg kills most things and you can cast it for 1 red many times.

How To Lose a Friend
+Blood Tribute Not sure what to take out for this, but card seems hilarious LoL.

Lands
The big thing here is you don't need this many lands coming in tapped, it will just slow you down. You're mana base is a bit off, so i'm swapping most of them for Mountains. You could take the storage lands out as well. If your meta isn't fast you might even be able to cut a land.

If Argentum Armor is working for you leave it in, you could commander damage someone out with it, if that happens sometimes for you, you might look at getting a Rogue's Passage If you do I would drop one of your storage lands (like subterranean hangar) for it.
