Hello, and welcome to the base new recruit, here's the base where everything goes down, you will find that everything we experienced cops do here, and who we are.

Here will be the cops you will wanna see and consult for when things get rough out on the battlefield, they'll be your blockers attackers, and so on. and here's the big boss himself!, Bell Borca, Spectral Sergeant .

  1. Admonition Angel is a personal guardian of the district and anybody who is meant to "disappear" by the councils will.. well you know, but when she isn't on the job, then anarchy will rise and the prisons will all break.

  2. The Angel of Serenity , support of the team and investigative officer, right hand to Bell Borca, Spectral Sergeant , but when she disappears in the midst of a battle, those arrested by her don't stay that way.

  3. The Blightsteel Colossus , the big and gigantic guy himself, he's just an internee but is known for "being violent" and is seriously useful in a fight

  4. Flickerwisp , a new intern who is relatively nice, I think you'll get along well, and he has never been known for being dangerous.

  5. the Greater Gargadon is a big and burly officer, he works better with friends and needs to be convinced to show his true power but will give a big wallop of damage.

  6. Hofri Ghostforge leads the special investigations unit, he doesn't have much living friends and instead has spirits to help him fight crime, on the inside he's a softie and I know it.

  7. Luminate Primordial is a kind and gentle giant who is surprisingly good at helping Bell Borca, Spectral Sergeant handle hard jobs and can also be used as a moral booster as well in certain cases and help Bell Borca, Spectral Sergeant get in some serious damage.

  8. Nahiri, the Harbinger is our most dangerous officer and when she walks into a room, she is known to be the harbinger of danger to those she hunts down, at the time she is on the target of the elusive Sorin Markov , it's kind've personal.

  9. Orcish Librarian , he's... he keeps all of our records, (which have been mysteriously been disappearing since he got the job...)

1. Chandra, Fire Artisan is a dangerous anarchist who is known for dealing with all manner of buildings, and the officers can pull out some value from the survivors.

  1. the mysterious Dockside Extortionist is a goblin who works down at the docks, using the value of others for his profit, he is known for swindling those who meet him and he always ends up with the better deal, ALWAYS.

  2. Emrakul, the Promised End is the ideal Cthulhu of an odd cult who worship her, and who worship Kozilek, the Great Distortion also known as Kozilek, Butcher of Truth . These are not exactly teargets more like just things the police needs to find out more about, any information about the cult would be helpful.

  3. Etali, Primal Storm is the name of a hacker who uses what he calls "internet storms" to use others data against them.

  4. the Hellkite Courser is a suspect for a dubious crime, Bell Borca was saved by this steed on a mission, he only lasted one turn and was sent back to the command zone, and now the courser is his best helper.

  5. Ilharg, the Raze-Boar is a dangerous individual, who will recklessly cause widespread anarchy, to the point where he has an aura of rage around him that emanates onto others making them mad and rabid creatures, he them absorbs this rage to give him prolonged life, USE RANGED WEAPONS

  6. Keeper of the Accord and Knight of the White Orchid come in a package, both part of the criminal White Orchid Gang who have their higher ranked officials be known as "knights" or "accord keepers" who deal in the illegal business of land smuggling, straight onto the battlefield, while Keeper of the Accord who is the boss also creates his own posse of others outshine him in the business.

  7. Kozilek, the Great Distortion or Kozilek, Butcher of Truth are just myths worshipped by a dubious cult for now, but we don't know if they're real or fake, folktales say that once long ago the land of Zendikar was brought to almost annihilation, but those are just cautionary tales...

  8. the Oblivion Sower is yet another anarchist in this crime filled city, they take everything in their fire, nothing is left, and its alchemic fires can drain the mana from everything, leaving only Wasteland .
Ah! I need a stretch from all of this sitting, let me give you a tour, first on our list is right beneath us, the Ancient Tomb , this place was built on an old temple long ago but that's all that's left, I wouldn't recommend going in there. Right behind you is Azor's Gateway  , (named after the leader of the council) which'll lead to the Sanctum of the Sun which is filled with the riches for our next payment and stuff for the districts. Next is the Arid Mesa outside, its far off in the distance on that Plateau , can you see it? it'll give a scratch but many go out there to build more of the base. now on a better note is the Battlefield Forge , its heat may give you Burn but it crafts all of out equipment. To the Bonders' Enclave ! This is where new trainees find out more about the aspects of teamwork and a lot of teambuilding exercises as well, its also known to hold ancient secrets from the temple but for the faint of heart. Next on our tour is the Boros Garrison , the Training Grounds for our new recruits, you'll head there tomorrow. you see that up there? that's Castle Embereth where the higher ranking officers like me hang out, you've got some spunk and I can see you getting there soon. When on a break many of the officers head to the Clifftop Retreat , its only for officers like you and its beautiful for the view, and the spas, and the beds, and the... ahhh. you see that glowing pinpoint on top of Castle Embereth ? That's the Command Tower and base of operations for the big boss. There's one piece in the Plateau that's off limits, Emeria, The Sky Ruin , sounds cool, right? well its sent a bunch of innocent climbers to their doom, don't go there PERIOD. On an even darker note, we do have an idea for where some of the cult could be taking place, the Hanweir Battlements  , they're an abandoned police base that got filled into a small equivalent of a town, but most who visited were superstitious, and it grew pretty bad pretty quickly. Ah, lets head outside, ahh, a breath of fresh air can do some good, this place and the area's around it are known to be an Inspiring Vantage for many artists and common people as well. From here, you can see the Rugged Prairie right beyond the Plateau ? beautiful isn't it? Next on our tour is the grand Sacred Foundry where the council rules over the city, powerful, but intimidating, some who visit are dealt a bit of damage, but all for justice, eh? Behind the Plateau is the dangerous Scavenger Grounds , you don't go there without a death wish. If we walk down a bit more we'll head to the Slayers' Stronghold which is home to the interrogation rooms, temporary prison, and offices, people over there are called slayers, and only they go in, so its a stronghold. In winter the Plateau turns into a wintry wonderland of Snow-Covered Mountain 's and Snow-Covered Plains , out there in the square you can see the Spectator Seating for the public execution's, bleh. In summer, you can find the Plateau into more of one big Sunbaked Canyon . This whole base itself is called Sunhome, Fortress of the Legion , I like feeling like I'm a part of a legion, and below us is what was known as the Temple of Triumph in the olden days. Inside the Sacred Foundry is the Throne of the High City which is home to the leader of the city. Ending on a high note, one more thing about the Plateau is high above it is the beautiful Windbrisk Heights , in the Plateau national park outside of the city limits, I climbed to it the from the Needleverge Pathway   to the top on one break, it was beautiful. Yes? OH! sorry, I've gotta go, I would tell you more but- well there's something happening! Talk to my friend for more!
I am more of a serious cop unlike your friend, memorize these pieces of equipment, they're a key part of combat, tell me when you're done because I've got more work. - Arcane Signet : Transponder or communicator, it can locate other cops with these in the area, you'll need one to start doing legal work.

  1. Boros Locket : this is a locket holding all of your other supplies, can get you an answer when things get tough.

  2. Boros Signet : alternate to a Boros Locket , grab both if you're cautious

  12. Sword of Kaldra : piece of equipment hidden in the Sanctum of the Sun .

  13. Talisman of Conviction : a mark of the council to those soon to be executed or "taken care of"

  14. Thran Dynamo : source of power that runs the compound

  15. Timesifter : ancient technology (ROBOT?) who sorts through the Scroll Rack s with the Orcish Librarian an sorts them by date (its old and so the turn order can get messed up.)

  16. Tormod's Crypt : an old crypt for an ancient necromancer, now reused for storing data at central command.

Done already! hmm. look through this, found it in the Scroll Rack archives, shows all of the maneuvers. a new recruit should know. 1. Akroma's Will : A manuever coined by the ancient Akroma, Vision of Ixidor also known as Akroma, Angel of Wrath who founded the police. uses an outnumbering tactic to fight one large opponent as one. (or many) 2. Boros Charm : a special action that you can use with a Boros Signet or Boros Locket . 3. Cloudshift : an aerial manuever used to cut the clouds to see flying enemies to protect yourself or see enemies below 4. Crush Contraband : crushing or disposing of dangerous item to the Scavenger Grounds 5. Commune with Lava : a theoretical move used to "awaken" the Plateau in case of a citywide attack 6. Eerie Interlude : using certain soundwave frequencies to disrupt the enemies hearing and protect operatives 7. Ephemerate : another theoretical manuever used to Flicker the operative and send them out of harm (is being tested with different equipment) 8. Flicker of Fate : also another theoretical manuever used to Flicker the operative and send them out of harm (is being tested with different equipment) 9. Heroes Remembered : cops basically do a funeral speech about a cop when they die. 10. Ignorant Bliss : a "bluff" move, where a cop is supposed to look innocent and stupid but will then reveal themselves when the time is right. (this is a protection manuever) 11. Jeska's Will : A manuever coined by the ancient Jeska, Thrice Born also known as Jeska, Warrior Adept Akroma's lieutenant, meant to use one giant big flashy move to defeat the enemy. 12. Path to Exile : an dishonorable discharge 13. Possibility Storm : central command starts brainstorming (very dangerous and nerdy) WAIT! I'M A NERD! 14. Return to Dust : sending old artifacts to the Scavenger Grounds 15. Slash the Ranks : an event wiping out both teams (last ditch action) 16. Sudden Disappearance : when cop(s) go missing 17. Swords to Plowshares : riot control 18. Teferi's Protection : a protection manuever to the city, named after the guardian of the Sanctum of the Sun , Teferi, Master of Time who disappeared thousands of years ago to save Dominaria (ugh)

I'm going to buy some stuff from Rogues Inc. for some great decks, I don't know why those thieves are legal. (seriously though, check out ARcaedES, me and him are buddies and have worked together on decks, we will be producing a co-op deck (produced on my account) and will continue to upvote and help each other from now on. (I didn't know he used Tappedout until now hehe)
