Trying to upgrade the Daretti Precon to ~75%. Looking for a Rube Goldberg kind of combo deck, nothing crazy oppressive but fun to pilot and to play against. Alternate Wincons include Aetherflux Reservoir, Beatdown with various big bois, and various artifact locks. I currently am buying various cards still so deck is still WIP 100%

For sure I have to add KCI, Metalworker, Voltaic Key and Basalt Monolith for infinite shenanigans and possibly Crucible of Worlds, Blightsteel, Paradox Engine, Staff of Domination or Mycosynth Lattice if prices go down from where they are.

Eventually will transition to a more STAX build but am not looking to buy into fast mana right now so that consideration is quite a while away.

Budget wise, not trying to drop more than 15-20 for a card rn unless it is Darksteel Forge, Divining Top or Mana Vault. The maybe board is half full of more expensive cards I currently do not own. I do have the Saheeli Precon I can dismantle for other artifacts though.

CMC is technically 3.66 but obviously you would never cast Blasphemous Act or Metalwork Colossus for the full cost, so it's around 3.4 or so with that in mind.

Mana base is 35 lands + 10 rocks under 3 CMC or less + 3 rocks 4 CMC or more (these I am thinking of cutting maybe?)

Also this is my first deck, any deckbuilding tips would be awesome, I currently am trying to build various Izzet/Mono U Commanders as well
