Connive / Concoct
Sorcery
Connive
Gain control of target creature with power 2 or less.
Concoct
Surveil 3, then return a creature card from your graveyard to the battlefield. (Look at the top three cards of your library, then put any number of them into your graveyard and the rest back on top of your library in any order.)

Hey thanks again for your comments on my primer :)
A few suggestions I have:
-
Replace 2 mana enablers with weak/no abilities (such as Dimir Infiltrator and Gurmag Swiftwing) with 1 mana enablers (like Gudul Lurker) or stronger 2 mana enablers (i.e., Baleful Strix, Augury Owl).
-
Replace 3 mana ramp (like Basalt Monolith, Dimir Locket) with 2 mana ramp (i.e., Dimir Signet or Talisman of Dominance).
-
Soft permission spells such as Spell Pierce and Mana Leak are usually weak in budget/lower-powered pods because the games go longer. Some potential replacements could be Misdirection, Drown in the Loch.
-
Cancel, Murder, Hero's Downfall, Perplex, Connive / Concoct and Rite of Undoing seem quite weak to me. Some budget-friendly cards I like that you might want to play are Curtains' Call, Portent, Far / Away, Discovery / Dispersal, Submerge, and Murderous Cut.
Good luck in your tournament!

I would say, Connive / Concoct possibly (I don't know entirely as I'm not a master at MTG). Another thing is Mana Leak and/or Negate can be replaced with Counterspell

It is true that the deathtouch package will be worse in multiplayer games since you have more threats to deal with. I think siding into a bigger ramp package would be a good idea. I would caution though that it's important to add in more mana dorks or ramp spells to keep pace with any new bombs you include or you'll find yourself mana screwed a lot of the time.
I went ahead and added my creature-based commander deck so I could link it for reference. It was built from a casual 60-card skeleton that's quite similar to your deck, so some of the ramp cards I've had success with over the years might do well here too.
deck: Predator's Toolkit
Prowling Serpopard or Destiny Spinner could be useful tech if counters are flying around left and right. Vigor is definitely strong against board stalls, and I like Archetype of Endurance against a lot of common removal. Somberwald Sage and Elvish Piper would probably be my first picks for dropping haymakers early without much other support. Yeva, Nature's Herald and Seedborn Muse are particularly disgusting in multiplayer since you essentially play on every turn. Some final bombs I love are Whiptongue Hydra for flyers, Polukranos, World Eater for other creatures, and Sylvan Primordial for most anything else.
For your existing ideas, I think Worldspine Wurm is good if your games go long enough to cast it while Tempt with Discovery is good if you don't have opponents who greatly benefit from the mana. I'm still iffy on Lumberknot in a deck not based around token sacrifice, and I'd probably just run Dungrove Elder if you need a midrange hexproof creature. Hydra's Growth is very good with additional +1/+1 synergy, Kazandu Tuskcaller needs more token synergy, and Strixhaven Stadium feels optimistic in multiplayer. For the bigger cards, I think Vigor , Soul of New Phyrexia , Toski, Bearer of Secrets , Verdant Sun's Avatar , and Vivien Reid are all playable. Myojin of Life's Web needs some way to refill the hand or its ability will never do anything that impactful. Impervious Greatwurm is the weakest option since it gets completely stuffed by chump blockers. I used Connive / Concoct to reanimate it in standard and still found it to be too slow. If you had a Warstorm Surge or something, maybe it'd be a different story...

Boardwipe count is really up to you. Some sources like 5 of them. Some like just a couple, because they tend to slow down the game.
I think with Yuriko, you want to live on the higher end of the mana curve a bit more than you are. You could probably cut some of your small evasive creatures to add some more higher CMC spells that smack the table when you flip them with Yuriko. Consign / Oblivion , Discovery / Dispersal , Rags / Riches , and Connive / Concoct are all some budget options that you could probably make work. There are also non-budget options to look into, but I'll let you search those out. In Garruk's Wake is a high CMC, one-sided boardwipe.
Good luck with your deck building!

The deck is looking pretty good. I like the creature base you have chosen, there are a couple questionable creatures though. Cloudreader Sphinx seems kind of bad in this deck. If you just want a flying scryer, perhaps Sphinx of Foresight, Prognostic Sphinx, Stormwing Entity, or Siani, Eye of the Storm.
Passwall Adept is just not good enough. its too much of a resource drain. Opt is not helpful in this deck since you immediately draw the card after scrying. Cunning Evasion wont do much good I am thinking since most of your creatures wont be blocked anyway.
In my opinion, you need a few less low CMC cards and a few more high CMC that you can use to get Yuriko damage in. For cuts, I would start by looking at any creatures that cost CMC 2/3 that dont provide value other than being unblockable (Invisible Stalker, Vault Skirge (love that card btw). I would then look at replacing sorceries with instants where possible. Darksteel Pendant and Crystal Ball are not good enough in my opinion and are too much of a resource investment unless there is some sort of artifact strategy I am missing. Dimir Keyrune provides interesting utility but is inefficient. Consider Arcane Signet instead or perhaps even Dark Ritual. Thran Dynamo is fairly efficient for cost to mana provided but it seems most of your mana needs are for color. Key to the City is for yuriko after she is out I assume.. I would probably run Aqueous Form instead because it has a scry effect on attack which is pretty desirable.
Here are some cards to consider in not much particular order:
Chromatic Orrery (high cmc and provides a lot of mana)
Mission Briefing (can add card to graveyard for delve and recast Brainstorm which is arguably one of the best cards in the deck)
Chain of Vapor (way to return a card to hand as well as an opponents card or cards)
Archaeomancer (can get brainstorm back and can be returned to hand with ninjitsu potentially)
Flood of Tears (this is a pet card of mine. You can return a bunch of cheap creatures and then put out something big like a Chromatic Orrery)
Scroll Rack (spendy but so good)
Trickery Charm (does multiple things you want)
Grozoth (requires you to build around it to be worthwhile but can be good)

Cards like Far / Away, Consign / Oblivion, Connive / Concoct, Discovery / Dispersal, Rags / Riches, and Spite / Malice are nice since you get the flexibility of the two spells on one card plus the fact the the card's CMC is the total CMC of both spells.

Interesting deck. Have you considered Varina, Lich Queen as the general? She costs less than Oloro and she digs through the deck faster since her loot effect can be magnified by making zombies.
You might like these too: Havengul Lich, Dance of the Dead, Necromancy, Zur the Enchanter, Sun Titan, Alhammarret's Archive, Teferi's Ageless Insight, Rags / Riches, Adorned Pouncer, Vizier of Many Faces, Archfiend of Ifnir, Shabraz, the Skyshark, Stitcher's Supplier, Connive / Concoct, Lazav, the Multifarious
