I combed through the first Ravnica sets and found a few more legendofa, along with a bunch of probably not’s.

Conjured Currency

Skull Rend

Orzhov Charm

Prophetic Prism (the Gatecrash printing, idk the abbreviation)

Simic Charm

Alive / Well (the Well part, obviously)

Wear / Tear (the Wear part, obviously)

Probably Not’s

•All the Keyrunes. Again, I have no idea what the WotC-invented lore is, so I’m not sure if these keyrunes are small objects being held and looked at in the first person, or if they’re something entirely different. In any case, there are no hands shown so I doubt these qualify.

Azorius Keyrune, Golgari Keyrune, Izzet Keyrune, Rakdos Keyrune, Selesnya Keyrune, Boros Keyrune, Dimir Keyrune, Gruul Keyrune, Orzhov Keyrune, Simic Keyrune

Faerie Impostor hand, but I think the angle is too low to be any kind of FPP.

Giant Growth definitely first person, but no hands, only shadow.

Street Spasm I think that round portion under the hand is the top of a helmet, so not first person, but it could possibly be a big shoulder pauldron or something so I’m not 100% sure.

Hands of Binding might qualify, but the angle is a bit off.

Naturalize the angle is also too far removed from FPP I think.

I comment while keeping in mind a low budget.

Cut 3 mana ramp when possible:

Cards I'd cut: - 2 lands. 36 is enough if you smooth the curve a bit. - In Garruk's Wake -> Decree of Pain ? Maybe, idk, it depends. But you get more chances to use it, trust me I know something of dimir ramp myself. - Oona, Queen of the Fae -> Be careful. X costs are tough to pay for in dimir and more often than not, paying 5-10 mana to get 2 1/1 farie rogues isn't worth, it wastes your turn. Recall: lands are colorless and most decks you'll face are multi-colored. Oona isn't evena rogue in the first place, so no advantage to attack with her. - Obelisk of Urd -> Not so strong. It buffs all your rogues, but at the cost of using your whole mana pool, or to keep your rogues from attacking. Kinda wastes your turn, and you wanna be fast.

The deck is looking pretty good. I like the creature base you have chosen, there are a couple questionable creatures though. Cloudreader Sphinx seems kind of bad in this deck. If you just want a flying scryer, perhaps Sphinx of Foresight, Prognostic Sphinx, Stormwing Entity, or Siani, Eye of the Storm.

Passwall Adept is just not good enough. its too much of a resource drain. Opt is not helpful in this deck since you immediately draw the card after scrying. Cunning Evasion wont do much good I am thinking since most of your creatures wont be blocked anyway.

In my opinion, you need a few less low CMC cards and a few more high CMC that you can use to get Yuriko damage in. For cuts, I would start by looking at any creatures that cost CMC 2/3 that dont provide value other than being unblockable (Invisible Stalker, Vault Skirge (love that card btw). I would then look at replacing sorceries with instants where possible. Darksteel Pendant and Crystal Ball are not good enough in my opinion and are too much of a resource investment unless there is some sort of artifact strategy I am missing. Dimir Keyrune provides interesting utility but is inefficient. Consider Arcane Signet instead or perhaps even Dark Ritual. Thran Dynamo is fairly efficient for cost to mana provided but it seems most of your mana needs are for color. Key to the City is for yuriko after she is out I assume.. I would probably run Aqueous Form instead because it has a scry effect on attack which is pretty desirable.

Here are some cards to consider in not much particular order:

Zhalfirin Void

Moonring Island

Chromatic Orrery (high cmc and provides a lot of mana)

Mission Briefing (can add card to graveyard for delve and recast Brainstorm which is arguably one of the best cards in the deck)

Condescend

Chain of Vapor (way to return a card to hand as well as an opponents card or cards)

Archaeomancer (can get brainstorm back and can be returned to hand with ninjitsu potentially)

Harsh Scrutiny

Shrieking Drake

Archetype of Imagination

Flood of Tears (this is a pet card of mine. You can return a bunch of cheap creatures and then put out something big like a Chromatic Orrery)

Lim-Dul's Vault

Scroll Rack (spendy but so good)

Soothsaying

Spire Owl

Diabolic Vision

Index

Spy Network

Trickery Charm (does multiple things you want)

Beseech the Queen

The Magic Mirror

The Cauldron of Eternity

Deep-Sea Kraken

Avatar of Woe

Void Beckoner

Dead Drop

Tombstalker

Curse of the Cabal

Connive / Concoct

Grozoth (requires you to build around it to be worthwhile but can be good)

Scion of Darkness

Treasure Cruise

Love the deck theme idea! Just want to say you have it listed that you have two copies of Selective Snare.

I'm going to say right off the bat that Meteorite, Diabolic Tutor, Bridge from Below, Laboratory Maniac don't belong in your deck because they are just bad cards. Although Laboratory Maniac is a fun alternative win condition, your deck simply doesn't have the mill power to achieve this and even if you did you have a greater chance of milling that him; because he's odd cost you can't use your commander to bring him back.

I am confused as to why you're discarding for graveyard strength when the only thing that benefits from having things in your graveyard is Apocalypse Demon. I want to point out that your commander Gyruda, Doom of Depths ability can only return a creature card of even mana cost from the four cards that everyone milled. So you won't be able to return anything that's already in your graveyard.

One other point I want to make is that taking the top four card from your library and things like taking putting the top card of your library {example: Deranged Assistant }into your graveyard don't count as drawing cards so Oneirophage and Chasm Skulker won't trigger.

Lastly after play testing your deck a couple times the biggest weakness this deck has is the fact that your commander is 6 mana below I'll suggest some budget mana rocks, because the faster you have you commander online the faster your deck and do kraken things ^-^ but all of these mana rocks will be better than Meteorite which is very bad.

Good Luck on your deck! Hope that was helpful!
