I wanted to make a mill deck but my inexperience led me to want to include green so I could ramp the heck out of it, so I found

. This EDH deck will provide constant annoyances as I will ALWAYS begin each upkeep with 7 cards in hand while milling opponents, sometimes all at the same time.
