Agreed with the first three. Khalni Gem could be alright, but it's also kind of a karoo.
I don't like: Undergrowth Champion, Tunneling Geopede, Tornado Elemental, Phytotitan, and especially Geyser Glider, Grove Rumbler, Sylvan Awakening, Embodiment of Fury and Embodiment of Insight. That's most of your elemental and landfall synergy. I don't think those are worth building around at all, since nearly your only payoff is your commander and the cards are pretty awful without him (and even with him they're not great.)
I'd suggest: Ramunap Excavator, Mina and Denn, Wildborn, Perilous Forays (this especially combos really well with Omnath), Harrow, Ulvenwald Hydra, Terramorphic Expanse and Evolving Wilds, Goreclaw, Terror of Qal Sisma, Ranger's Path, Thaumatic Compass Flip, Goblin Bombardment, Blighted Woodland, Temple of the False God

Demon519 thank you for the suggestions! I kind of forgot about Undergrowth Champion because I made this deck when Battle for Zendikar was still in standard, which made it a little expensive for my tastes. But now that it's dropped, it's certainly a good addition! So what I did was -1 Primal Bellow for the addition of Arlinn Kord because although it's a good finisher, it's a dead draw early game, whereas Arlin can solve the trample issue and help me go a little bit wider on creatures towards the end. I also cut Grove Rumbler and replaced it with Undergrowth Champion because I don't have a 3 mana creature and I want to be using most of my best combat tricks on turn 4 anyway, so the Rumbler is a dead card in all honesty. Thanks for the suggestions!

Few ideas:
Guardian Idol + Groundswell - This makes the lategame faster and early game a bit easier to survive
Grove Rumbler + 3 Lands is a 10/10 which can make the game much faster, but does not work early that well
I think Undergrowth Champion is a pretty solid drop late and early game and! you can prevent the damage you do yourself e.g. Destructive Force! So the champion survives your own removal.
Scythe Leopard as a nice onedrop, but I would prefer Jaddi Offshoot actually, because it is more important to survive early.
Retreat to Kazandu is a genius card! You can buff whatever or gain live a lot
Omnath, Locus of Rage or Rampaging Baloths might be a bit too late game, but the effects are pretty nice... Well
Bitter Feud + Tunneling Geopede would just be funny.. :P

Landfall Hugs

I would go more all-in on the landfall-style plan. Check out 3 colour charms from Alara block and 2 colour charms from Ravnica blocks for more multi-purpose cards. I'd use all of your Maybeboard cards except Kefnet the Mindful too.
Ideas: Vinelasher Kudzu, Dreamscape Artist, Pilgrim's Eye, Path to Exile (Over Swords to Plowshares), Deprive, Knight of the Reliquary, Oracle of Mul Daya, Thaumatog, Lithatog, Scapeshift, Aggressive Mining, Dryad Arbor, Riftstone Portal, Solemn Simulacrum, maybe Awaken cards from new Zendikar?
Cards to cut: Swan Song, Swords to Plowshares (for Path to Exile), Valorous Stance (Use a charm instead), Fevered Visions, Hour of Promise, Kraum, Ludevic's Opus, Ludevic, Necro-Alchemist
Sideboard cards worth using: Blighted Woodland, Coiling Oracle, Exploration, Ghost Town, Grove Rumbler, Kruphix, God of Horizons

samuelmood11 That actually sounds like a good idea. Maybe if I change the focus from early game aggro to midrange ramp I can focus more on bloodrush. With that I could run Plated Geopede, Makindi Sliderunner and Grove Rumbler as the stars. It would make Bloodrush the go to move and Landfall the side effect. Landfall smaller guys for early game then Bloodrush midgame for large burst and if the game drags out Dragonmaster Outcast and Mina and Denn, Wildborn can close in the game.

Ramunap Earthquake (HOU)

Hey, thanks for leaving a comment! :) I don't plan on playing bilands as they can't be tutored with Evolving Wilds and i only need green mana until turn 4: once i have Ramunap Excavator and Evolving Wilds played i basically can't miss a landdrop, with 2 landfall triggers each turn. Chump blocking early should not be hard with the help of Undergrowth Champion. I thought about Rhonas the Indomitable too, but it turns out he doesn't help with the game plan: he won't be able to defend early and once I have a creature with 4 power I already have enough lands to grow out of control. I'm actually having doubts about my ability to tempo the early game as I still haven't playtested the deck. I could go more aggro by getting rid of Dragonmaster Outcast, Sylvan Advocate and Tireless Tracker for things like Scythe Leopard, Grove Rumbler or Snapping Gnarlid. I also am a lot more sceptical about Swell of Growth after seeing a few oppening hands. I'll give a few tries to Akoum Stonewaker, Retreat to Kazandu and Slab Hammer. Anyway I'll keep an eye open for further HOD spoilers.

Landfall Combo Deck

Oh nice, I've never seen Grove Rumbler before. I really like that it has trample, but I wonder if it will be a bit slow since the CMC is 4, maybe try play testing it. You could use 4x Rancor for trample instead. Not really the cheapest card price-wise, but it does some serious damage. Sometimes you can get them for $1.50, great card to own regardless. And to trigger extra landfall's you can add a few deck:Terramorphic Expanse in addition to your Evolving Wilds, although since lands enter tapped this could slow down the deck too much. I thought you had Harrow in the deck before, which I thought was great, double landfall trigger and instant speed. Swell of Growth is a pretty sneaky card that you might consider also, since it's instant speed. I'm not sure about Llanowar Elves since they don't do anything for landfall, but I really love Lotus Cobra. Lastly, Makindi Sliderunner is a red Snapping Gnarlid with trample. Just throwing out some ideas to consider.
