Agreed with the first three. Khalni Gem could be alright, but it's also kind of a karoo.
I don't like: Undergrowth Champion, Tunneling Geopede, Tornado Elemental, Phytotitan, and especially Geyser Glider, Grove Rumbler, Sylvan Awakening, Embodiment of Fury and Embodiment of Insight. That's most of your elemental and landfall synergy. I don't think those are worth building around at all, since nearly your only payoff is your commander and the cards are pretty awful without him (and even with him they're not great.)
I'd suggest: Ramunap Excavator, Mina and Denn, Wildborn, Perilous Forays (this especially combos really well with Omnath), Harrow, Ulvenwald Hydra, Terramorphic Expanse and Evolving Wilds, Goreclaw, Terror of Qal Sisma, Ranger's Path, Thaumatic Compass Flip, Goblin Bombardment, Blighted Woodland, Temple of the False God

I just tried to upvote, but must've already in the past!
Now that iconic masters is out and prices are dropping; you can replace cards like Geyser Glider with cards like Thundermaw Hellkite ;)
is my favorite color scheme. You can check out a few decks on my profile in those colors for ideas (and +1!)

Thanks clayperce! I'll be considering Thornwield Archer, perhaps Dragonmaster Outcast later on (currently on a tight-ish budget).
I will think about Akoum Firebird and Geyser Glider, because I don't have too many mono-red creatures to ramp up to, since the options are a tad underwhelming in the price range I'm comfortable with at the moment.

Some quick thoughts ...
- I'm with Omeros on Bower Passage for dedicated FlyerHate.
- I've found Dragonmaster Outcast and Thornweald Archer to be really good too. They'll either stop flyers hard, or soak up quality removal at a bargain price ... and either of those is a Good Thing.
- Watcher in the Web is another option too, and nice because it's good against pretty much anything, rather than just flyers.
- There are a few creatures with Landfall triggers that might work nicely with Mina and Denn: Akoum Firebird, Akoum Hellkite (which you already have), and Geyser Glider

you'll probably want to cut down on the two ofs and up some of these to 4 ofs for consistancies sake. you also should cut 3 cards so its down to 60 cards.
my suggestion would be drop Geyser Glider, Dawntreader Elk, and Archetype of Aggression. i would up Plated Geopede to 4 of. same for Scute Mob. this puts you at 61.
reason for these suggestions: glider is a 5 mana 4/4 with flying when you hit landfall. thats really not that good, and i think your deck can do better. dawntrader has better alternatives. the archetype is nice, but your big hitters already have trample and theres not that much of a reason for little guys to have trample. i said to up the geopede and mob because they are very low cost and high value. this will allow you to stay aggressive and still have mana up to play your elves and such.
next set of suggestions. drop the Quicksilver Amulets. you have ramp. you can hard cast your big dudes. i think you have enough ramp to drop the Greenweaver Druids as well. you can fill their spots with 2 more lands and another Atarka's Command. the extra land makes Explore and Atarka's Command better. deck size with all sugestions so far 60.
final set of suggestions (probably). these ones are more of tweaks somewhat based on my preferences. so take them with a grain of salt. Boundless Realms. this card will set all of your landfall guys on fire with power if you have them out. this is sort of win more card at the end of the game. but you could replace it with something like Harrow which is instant speed and makes for some interesting combat tricks while also ramping you. theres also Avenger of Zendikar which could occupy the same spots as primeval and woodcrasher.
