So firstly. I like the graveyard land style, but I would recommend going more for a Landfall style deck. Usually that isn't B/G but there are some interesting opportunities. Firstly I would recommend Khalni Heart Expedition. very good for landfall. Also Adventuring Gear gives a lot of good heavy hitting power especially with multiple lands a turn. and its colorless which fits multicolor well. Also this is a bit more crazy but you have a lot of land searching with Terramorphic Expanse etc. so maybe a little bit of other colors? Red would be pretty good for Akoum Hellhound or Plated Geopede and Manamorphose. Also I'm not sure Crypt Rats is Ideal here without it being more of a black devotion deck. And I'm not fully sure what Generous Ent really does for you? maybe try Sporemound Also I think Reclaim the Wastes or even Explore over Yavimaya Elder simply out of mana value. I think the land graveyard game just doesn't have super strong support in pauper, but I am interested to see what you can do with it.

Your current average CMC is very small, and you have several mana rocks. You can probably drop around 3 lands (down to 35).

I'd suggest removing Awaken the Ancient, Akoum Hellhound, and Akroan Crusader. They won't net much value most of the time.

shadeslayerx22 you're not wrong. I am considering it and have a private copy of the deck where I have pulled Akoum Hellhound, Vastwood Surge, Wings of the Cosmos, and Angelfire Ignition to have playsets of most of the other cards. I am play testing it now.

The problem is I like diversity in a deck even though I know running 4x of the best cards is always the smarter move.

If you're playing fetches, Landfall Zoo is strictly better than general green stompy. The price difference is in the lands.

Wild Nacatl starts you off as a 1 mana 3/3, then add Steppe Lynx and Akoum Hellhound for some insane beaters. Narnam Renegade gives you a fourth great one drop, and Brushfire Elemental and Plated Geopede put in plenty of work. Add Burning-Tree Emissary and Hidden Herbalists for some better 2 drops. Myr Superion takes advantage of the mana off Emissary and Herbalists.

Top it off with Scale Up and Become Immense for some big boi energy.

It's a bit cheaper than this solution as Arid Mesa and Windswept Heath are a lot cheaper than other fetches. Also, you get Path to Exile and Prismatic Ending for removal, as well as other fun tools like Lightning Helix , Lightning Bolt , Light Up the Stage , Ancient Grudge , Smash to Smithereens , etc.

Of course, it's an entirely different deck, so it's completely up to you -- I might have some other stuff in my back pocket.

I would think that a Naya Landfall deck with Scute Swarm really needs to be based on 3 central cards. You have Scute Swarm and Felidar Retreat but Conclave Mentor can really ramp up the +1/+1 counters that you put on creatures.

Then you want to increase your Landfall. Start wit Evolving Wilds and Fabled Passage in your land base. You might then increase your Landfall using cards like Migration Path and/or Scale the Heights and my favorite Skyclave Pick-Axe can also give your Conclave Mentor a Landfall effect.

Once you have this basic core, your biggest problem is that your insect swarm and +1/+1 counter swarm really only gets going in turn 5 or 6. You need quick, low cmc attackers and blockers just to ensure that you stand a chance of surviving to turn 6. Ancient Greenwarden, Angel of Destiny and Moraug, Fury of Akoum are all great for the late-game, but I like Akoum Hellhound, Infuriate and Fearless Fledgling for an early-game presence. Just remember that when your +1/+1 counter swarm starts, all your weenie creatures will also get very big, very quickly.

I really like the idea. I just get the feeling that the most aggro landfall would be something like: Turn 1; Mountain and Akoum Hellhound, Turn 2; Land and Infuriate - swing with 5/5 in turn 2... With the landfall ramp that you get from Radha, Heart of Keld, you need at least 3 copies in your deck. I like the idea of Azusa, Lost but Seeking as a facilitator of multiple landfalls per turn, but a wide range of other creatures that do not have any landfall effects just seem to slow down your deck. Definitely, some instant power ramps are needed. I would keep in Cultivate. My list for this deck would be:
