Embodiment of Fury

Creature — Elemental

Trample

Land creatures you control have trample.

Landfall — Whenever a land enters the battlefield under your control, you may have target land you control become a 3/3 Elemental creature with haste until end of turn. It's still a land.

What kind of budget are you working with?

Azusa, Lost but Seeking is awesome for extra landfall triggers in a turn. Cabaretti Courtyard is also a good search land for doubling up on landfall triggers. Since you have a fair few lands with sacrifice abilities, World Shaper might be worth some consideration, too.

A few more good cards for this in no particular order: Embodiment of Fury, Awakening of Vitu-Ghazi, Druid Class, Field of the Dead ($$), Nissa, Who Shakes the World / Nissa, Vital Force, Omnath, Locus of Rage.

As far as things you can cut to make room: Canopy Baloth is kind of meh since it doesn't have any kind of evasion. Could swap this out for Embodiment of Fury. Might of Murasa could come out for the Awakening, since it's a similar costed effect (surprise giant blocker for only 1 effective mana more). Light Up the Stage feels out of place, could be cut for Druid Class for good gains.

Reviving Dose could also be cut for one of the Nissas - essentially, you're paying 3 mana for 3 life, where you could instead pay 5 mana for an epic planeswalker that makes you more land creatures. I'm also not a particular fan of Weather the Storm, although IMO it's at least situationally better than reviving dose. You could even cut both of those life gain spells and add both Nissas.

The bounceland triggers go on the stack to resolve after colossus' entire ability has finished, so you can't combo with just a bounceland IIRC. This means you'll need to set up, then get the big dude.

Abundance guarantees the combo because the replacement effect replaces the draw in the effect. Similar 'draw two instead' enchantments in blue exist, and should improve reliability.

The flip spell lands let you bring land count up while offering a lot of utility.

Surgical Extraction lets you strip cards from the deck while being useful sideboard.

Barren Moor's cycling has relevance in combo setup.

Landfall triggers like Valakut Exploration or Embodiment of Fury offer an alternative wincon- even the very tame landfall triggers get big here.

Treasure Hunt lists of various flavour have options for this kind of thing, and treasure hunt itself is a powerful turn. Zombie hunt is mostly a meme, but people have built tech for it that can be tuned for this kind of play.

I was just working on a budget land deck myself. Do you think it's worth splashing red for Embodiment of Fury?

This is a super cool deck. I like it. Now. What if you used Risen Reef and Amulet of Vigor to play your entire deck?? note: if this strat isn't your style then this may just be me theorycrafting about my own upcoming elemental deck!

To that end, you could run 4 Brighthearth Banneret to fuel the engine, and for finishers have a bunch of those Ball Lightning sorts of elementals and Embodiment of Fury and such, though Creeping Trailblazer may be enough to pump the team and win, Grove Rumbler is probably safer- it has trample... maybe we play Song of Creation with this???

Anyway, for this deck, Living Twister and Multani, Yavimaya's Avatar both want a lot of lands to be on the field so they may be relevant?

griffstick you called, I answered. Seemed like an interesting and viable build (At least the green side). Not sure about the viability of Embodiment of Fury
