Embodiment of Fury
Creature — Elemental
Land creatures you control have trample.
Landfall — Whenever a land enters the battlefield under your control, you may have target land you control become a 3/3 Elemental creature with haste until end of turn. It's still a land.
Embodiment of Fury Discussion

Tightening up the mana base. Removed some cards that have proven a little wonky in play. Dropped a dime and added some new cards. Added Vigor , Roil Elemental , Fertilid , Omnath, Locus of Rage , Zendikar's Roil , River's Rebuke , Conjurer's Closet , Embodiment of Fury , Rapid Hybridization , and Undergrowth Champion . Swapped out Ghalta, Hydroid Krasis , Tezzeret's Gambit , Verity Circle , Karn's Bastion (in favor of Reliquary Tower ), Chandra's Triumph , Bolt Bend , Bond of Flourishing , Leyline of Combustion , Shimmer of Possibility , and Overgrowth Elemental . Still open to some adjustments.

I would add more things that support both elemental and lands-matter synergies. Some options could be: Avenger of Zendikar , Embodiment of Insight , Embodiment of Fury , Embodiment of Spring , Roil Elemental , and Undergrowth Champion .
Another thing to consider, especially with a 4 cmc commander, Rampant Growth or Farseek can out-perform Cultivate and Kodama's Reach by coming out a turn earlier. If you're more worried about consistently having lands in-hand as opposed to speed, ignore this though.
Love the list overall, I'm really excited to try out the new Omnath!

One thing to note: see how as we add more cards a mana curve naturally starts to form? That happens just about every deck. I try to maintain the curve that forms unless I have a reason to adjust it. So we'll be cutting cards that disrupt the curve. For example, at this moment we would want to cut cards that cost 6 cmc. But we're not done.

Agreed with the first three. Khalni Gem could be alright, but it's also kind of a karoo.
I don't like: Undergrowth Champion, Tunneling Geopede, Tornado Elemental, Phytotitan, and especially Geyser Glider, Grove Rumbler, Sylvan Awakening, Embodiment of Fury and Embodiment of Insight. That's most of your elemental and landfall synergy. I don't think those are worth building around at all, since nearly your only payoff is your commander and the cards are pretty awful without him (and even with him they're not great.)
I'd suggest: Ramunap Excavator, Mina and Denn, Wildborn, Perilous Forays (this especially combos really well with Omnath), Harrow, Ulvenwald Hydra, Terramorphic Expanse and Evolving Wilds, Goreclaw, Terror of Qal Sisma, Ranger's Path, Thaumatic Compass Flip, Goblin Bombardment, Blighted Woodland, Temple of the False God

I don't think Embodiment of Fury and Embodiment of Insight are really going to do what you want. Obviously getting more value out of playing your lands is really fun but you'd rather be playing cards that help you find your win conditions that really close out the game like Evolutionary Leap and Greater Good

I saw another guy who was doing the Elementals and lands thing as well but he had Horde of Notions as his commander. Anyway, you could try Coat of Arms and Shared Animosity to make your Elemental tokens bigger. Pitiless Plunderer makes more mana when your creatures die. Embodiment of Fury and Embodiment of Insight can turn your lands into Elementals before you sacrifice them.
If you're running Animate Dead, you might as well add in Worldgorger Dragon which gives you infinite landfall and hence infinite tokens to sacrifice.
Drownyard Temple should also easily give you infinite landfall if you sacrifice the tokens to Ashnod's Altar.
You can take a look at the writeup for my Windgrace deck for more land dancing ideas.
