Deck I designed for casual play with my friends who play more "kitchen table" style Commander. The goal was to play as many cool legendary cards as possible, so, other than a few mana rocks (which still trigger Jhoira's ability), every card is a legendary card or a land. As a bi-product of this approach, only two cards are non-permanents and could be easily cut if you wanted a permanent only deck. The deck still reflects the general template I use for building commander decks so I didn't just jam every 8-mana do-nothing legend in. I like to think of this as a lean, optimized, casual deck.
