King Saproling, you might be right about Starke of Rath . Spark Double is a good idea. I had Fractured Identity in the list, but took it out because I don't own the token. I don't see the point of Angel's Trumpet because I don't want to take the Stax approach to Zedruu. I have seen other people spend nearly half an hour choosing targets for Overwhelming Splendor . It seems great! I'm swapping Starke for Pyromancer's Swath ASAP.

Stingscourger will be eventually cut for something else, haven't decided yet. He is eh. It's cool when he costs 1 mana due to medalion and I have double ETB's through Panharmonichron. Otherwise, eh.
Humble Defector and Starke of Rath have both been useful, humble moreso. Just played a game today where I had Homeward Path out. Even if I didn't I made a deal with the boros player (I run 2 gauntlets to help him and myself) to give it back to me since we both needed card draw.
Regarding Outpost Siege and Light Up the Stage , both seem cool but im worried I might not wanna cast the top card and it would just stay in exile. Thoughts on Stolen Strategy instead? Costs 1 more mana but its each opponent, messes with topdeck tutors (prevalent in my meta).
Smuggler's Copter - Is the looting helpful? Crew 1 seems very easy with Norin.
As for Cloudstone Curio , I know it's a broken card. I will need to playtest it to fully understand how broken it is!

Burnished Hart - I've found this to be just too slow and expensive, and just underwhelming and frustrating. Same with Feldon of the Third Path . How have they worked for you? I'm also curious about Stingscourger - i ended up cutting it. By the way, I was underwhelmed by Terrain Generator .

They are fun cards and with the treason subtheme that pirates (and Beckett in particular) have, I think they can do some interesting things for the deck.
I also see that you've included Trove of Temptation . I don't think it fits. The treasures per turn are slow and you will often find yourself attacking with a lot of your creatures, so being attacked every turn is a conflicting strategy.
Anyhow, this is my list, maybe you'll see something you like.

What about a new Starke of Rath ? He was technically a crew member...
The only other candidate is Rofellos, Llanowar Emissary , who can be GW or RG or Naya, depending when in his life he is portrayed.

A few things...
I think you might've missed that Bastion Protector gives indestructible! That's the whole point of running that card, and I was screaming at my screen that you never equipped Darksteel Plate to it, and that instead you redundantly equipped it to Kalemne! That was very frustrating to see, as you were playing against a Starke of Rath player, but it was an understandable blunder if you've never played with the card before :p
Reforge the Soul is WAY better than you give it credit for! You can manipulate its miracle ability with Scroll Rack and Sensei's Divining Top, making it extremely playable in this deck. I have taken your recommendation of Memory Jar into consideration though! It's a bit pricey for me at the moment, but I'm panning on finding room for it soon, possibly Ghirapur Orrery but we'll see
Leave / Chance is not strictly worse than Teferi's Protection! I do plan on adding TP soon, although it will replace Stonecloaker, not LtC. I plan on running them both in tandem, as they are both fantastic Boros Charm effects! Leave to Chance is sometimes better than Teferi's Protection in that it's one less to cast, it's a Brand effect, and it's an emergency draw source! I always recommend for RW players to run both because they are both awesome!
A lot of players in the comments were frustrated that you cast Blood Moon when all of your opponents were running red, but agree with your decision and would've done the exact same thing. You completely shut the O-Kagachi, Vengeful Kami player out of the game for a while, and you turned off all the Starke player's utility lands
You really need to wait until end of turn to activate abilities! Cracking Expedition Map that early caused you to get three-for-one'd when the Niv-Mizzet, Parun deck cast Timetwister, you activated Starke of Rath on your main phase, allowing your opponent to untap with it, and you rarely ever held up mana for removal! I understand that this was your first time playing with an unfamiliar deck, but all of these seem to be big errors!
I'm sorry for being harsh, but you had so many opportunities for better plays!
