Niv Mizzet Reborn Super Friends Generally you win through board control and incremental value, until eventually ultimating Ral, Storm Conduit or Nicol Bolas, Dragon-God. Sisay, Weatherlight Captain is amazing, and is technically a better commander, but I wanted to run guild colours.

Aiming to spread throughout the guilds as much as possible, also making this a legendary matters and gates deck.

Was going to use Jegantha, the Wellspring as companion as well for added restriction, but realised that it hits Dragon God Bolas, which is unacceptable.

Need to keep in mind that my main way of winning is to combo out with bolas or ral + oath of teferi so need to be able to tutor for them, protect them, and also get them back from graveyard


an important note: I am not even considering casting my commander the first 6 or 7 turns of the game, because I still have things in hand to play and am getting to them pretty slowly

purchasing Raff Capashen, Ship's Mage and Mystic Snake because they are cheap and I might try them.
