As a fan of Nekusar, the Mindrazer, I can confidantly say that this deck looks really solid. Something I've always liked is Library of Leng. It lets you discard cards you may want to keep back to the top of your deck, which allows you to keep your best stuff when you wheel everyone elses best toys away. Sangromancer can offer a bit of extra life in case you end up being a a target. Reinterpret is a wild counterspell that can lead to some fun plays and drop bombs while also interrupting your opponents plans. Feed the Swarm gives you another way to potentially deal with pesky enchantments. Burning Inquiry is just a pet card of mine. Can really mess up peoples plans. Wheel of Misfortune needs to be read and re-read 7 times, but it puts in so much work while being just a touch chaotic. Wheel and Deal can also really mess with people, especially since its a wheel at instant speed. You are already running Notion Thief, so Narset, Parter of Veils is just another way to lock out extra card draw. Bloodchief Ascension gets out of hand really fast, and very quickly ends the game. last thing, Tinybones, Trinket Thief is a nice little card draw engine that doubles as a wincon. If you are having a hard time trying to find cuts, I have noticed there are quite a few cards in the deck that have really high mana values. I would personally start there. I am not sure your budget, so feel free to take all of these suggestions as you see fit. From one Grixis player to another, I wish you the best of luck with your deck.

It's pretty much the other way around though. Because white is hyped up as "the worst color in commander ever", when good white cards come along, there's such a huge run on them that they become expensive, not the other way around. Archaeomancer's Map is a rare in commander 2021, there is no reason at all for that to be more expensive than, say, Reinterpret . And when there's no green ramp player at your table, the map is about as good as Gift of Estates , because players won't have more land in play than you do, to generate extra land drops.

Hey, good upgrades of the precon: Ral, Reversal, Reiterate, Veyran, Dockside, Storm-Kiln, Amulet, Thrill and Manamorphose :)

Because you're playing Veyran, consider Krark, the Thumbless ? He almost made my Kalamax budget version that isn't playing Veyran. He's amazing with Veyran, giving you more flips, more chances to copy the spell you cast which triggers Veyran more.

Since you have Dockside then consider taking more advantage of it's power? Dockside combos with Snap + Eternal Witness for infinite mana and infinite cast of Dockside/Snap/Witness. Snap and Witness are good cards by themselves. Snap also combos with Kalamax + Dualcaster Mage + Storm-Kiln Artist for infinite mana, infinite copy and infinite casts of Dualcaster.

Reiterate combos with Turnabout for infinite mana, infinite copy and infinite casts of Reiterate with buyback. Kalamax helps to reduce the cost of this combo by first copying Turnabout.

The precon has zero counterspells. You've added Reinterpret , but consider a few more lower CMC counterspells such as Counterspell , Stubborn Denial and Red Elemental Blast ? Tapped Kalamax copies an instant counterspell which is extra protection for Kalamax or for your spell to resolve. Making some room for Counterspells is important if you're trying to assemble combos that could win you the game.

The mana curve is a little high at 3.4. Some cards in the precon that in my opinion could be upgraded with lower CMC cards:

  • Wort, the Raidmother
  • Sunbird's Invocation
  • Strength of the Tajuru
  • Slice in Twain
  • Prophetic Bolt
  • Commander's Sphere

Other cards that could be upgraded:

  • Halimar Depths
  • Mossfire Valley
  • Solemn Simulacrum
  • Crackling Drake
  • Uvilda, Dean of Perfection
  • Skullwinder
  • Supplant Form
  • Desertion
  • Brain in a Jar

I offer more advice in another comment. Good luck with your deck.
