A BUDGET Niv-Mizzet deck focused on drawing a bunch of cards to kill people after stalling the game with all the counters, removal, etc. You can chain recur instants and sorceries by flickering Archaeomancer using Deadeye Navigator. The deck doesn't contain any infinite combos apart from Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind with Curiosity or Ophidian Eye.

The maybeboard just contains a bunch of more expensive cards that could be put in to increase the powerlevel of the deck.
