When I read "azorius aggro - pioneer" the first thing that came to mind was a Clever Lumimancer blitz deck. Maybe that isn't the direction you want to go here though.

ItsMeJax I think they might be a little young ._.
Besides swapping out the go for the throats for push, why do you have 3 copies of Manamorphose ? I don't really see any cards in the deck that benefit from the draw, storm count, or instant cast trigger. And even though Rakdos has a really restrictive mana cost, you definitely have plenty of dual lands for a 2 color deck, so I don't think you need to worry about that.

I suppose its unfortunate that Power Depot can't tap for U for whir. Honestly, I'm not sure how useful power depot even is for this deck, since I don't see much artifact sac besides foundry. If you cut some of those and add more U lands, I think you could definitely play whir (plus Urza gives you a lot of U mana).

Have you considered Dispatch as another removal option in addition to Path?
Also, out of curiosity, why do you not run Whir of Invention ?

Not sure if 3 hand disruption spells is enough, have you considered adding some Thoughtseize ? (Would also help you get sorceries in the yard more consistently.) Tarfire is sort of similar to seal of fire to add more card types.
Other than that, the deck looks solid! I don't really know how useful Ignobles would be in this kind of deck but if you added a playset they must be good.

I'd go temur colors and run Bloodbraid Elf + Shardless Agent as the main cascade spells. The use of discard + dreadhorde arcanist and finale of promise is really interesting. I think you should probably find a way to squeeze in Ancestral Vision as another suspend card just because its basically ancestral recall.

alexjustdoit Imo casual 60 card decks are much better for getting introduced to mtg than edh. I know people who started playing through edh and its confusing because its really different from most other formats. (Casual) modern is great because you can use most cards, its 60 card min and 4x per card limit like most formats and it doesn't have those old weird cards like legacy and vintage. An Ogre edh deck would be okay if there was an ogre lord in jund colors, but I don't think there is.

I checked back here and I found this in the comments box, I guess I forgot to send it.
Where's Lonis, Cryptozoologist ? I also suggest cutting Counterspell and adding the Shardless Agent package with Ancestral Vision (which would allow you to cut Serum Visions. You could possibly replace Counterspell with Spell Queller and/or Force of Negation + Subtlety to prevent cascading into a counterspell.
I think you could also consider going Bant colors for Thraben Inspector and the Stoneforge Mystic package (You already got 4 swords...). This would also let you run Path to Exile as actual removal instead of Brazen Borrower since UG is notorious for having no removal. Also gives you access to a bunch of really good sideboard cards.

I don't really see why you should be running Breaching Hippocamp if you aren't running Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker or the Prime Speaker Vannifar combo lines. Both of those cards are pretty good in a Yasova deck anyways (Kiki inf combos with Zealous Conscripts and Coercive Recruiter , while Vannifar is a good sac outlet for stolen creatures) so maybe you could find some room for them.

Blobbydude An interesting suggestion, although I think it would be a lot more useful in a tribal deck with more death effects like zombies. Unfortunately, I won't be able to cut flamekin even with this because we just don't have any other decent one drops.
