Creature — Human Elf Cleric
Divine Intervention — When this enters the battlefield, you may search your library for an enchantment card, reveal it, then shuffle your library and put that card on top of it.

Some of the most critical components for this list to increase the amount of is mana ramp and card advantage, and increasing the quality of some of the removal; you generally want 10 in each category.
Top contenders that synergize with Knights and Equipment are Danitha Capashen, Paragon, Sword of the Animist, Sword of Hearth and Home, Forging the Tyrite Sword, Boros Signet, Orzhov Signet, and Rakdos Signet for ramp, Armored Skyhunter, Akiri, Fearless Voyager, Stormfist Crusader, and Mask of Griselbrand for card draw.
Cards worth cutting would be: Armored Ascension, Recumbent Bliss, Bond of Discipline, Duress, Integrity / Intervention, one of each basic land, Crashing Drawbridge, and Moon-Blessed Cleric to make room for the essentials.

I have a few suggestions for clerics that may be helpful and have tried to keep them below the $1.00 mark to maintain your spirit of budget. I have tried to pick creatures that have an immediate impact or are not mana sinks so they don't compete with your commander for mana resources.
Taborax, Hope's Demise Cheap, flying, potential to grow and rewards you for sacrificing clerics.
Heliod's Pilgrim + Gift of Immortality Granted Gift is not really cheap but if the budget can handle it I think its worthwhile as it lets you get more uses out of your commander per a turn and is even better in multiplayer games.
Orah, Skyclave Hierophant This guy really is the partner your commander needs and there is no down sides to playing him.
Shadow-Rite Priest This guy is pretty solid, small buff to the tribe but a very useful black creature tutor I suggest grabbing Orah first.
Mikaeus, the Lunarch Solid beater if you have the mana or if you only add a couple of counters you can buff your army.
Moon-Blessed Cleric This is an in tribe tutor for enchantments, hard to beat that.

Thank you for the feedback Gadianten, much appreciated!
I use the maybeboard as a list of cards I've considered at some point and don't want to forget about for the sake of future updates. So the cards listed there are most often cards I do not own, hence the "Expensive" category - those are cards I would most definitely run if it wasn't for their price tag. Right now this deck is powerful enough for my game group so I'm not too keen to spend much money on needlessly powerful stuff.
That being said, I might just try Moon-Blessed Cleric now that you mention it. It'll be more fun for everyone if I don't take forever to find my win-cons when in dominating position.
Unspeakable Symbol looks amazing! I love niche cards and having agency outside of my turn. This card is just perfect.
Lastly for the new considerations: I admit that Selfless Spirit and Speaker of the Heavens are great. I personally find them a tad boring though, so I'll just add them to my mess of a maybeboard for now. :D I don't like Mikaeus, the Unhallowed because so many of my clerics are humans and I just don't want to have to think about which are and which are not. I've run Pontiff of Blight for a tiny bit but never really used it in-game. I will give him another chance since our meta is not super fast.

You have a good start having a plan that plays to the tribes strengths and is not just a tribal mishmash, it is even on theme for clerics.
Maybeboard: There are a few creatures that should be taken off the maybe board like Moon-Blessed Cleric for tutoring powerful enchantments. You have some straight up more powerful lifegain creatures like Righteous Valkyrie and Soul's Attendant sitting on the sideline, these should be main decked immediately. Yawgmoth, Thran Physician is amazingly powerful and especially deadly with your commander out, he does it all, card draw, removal and sacrifice outlet. Rotlung Reanimator pairs very well with your commander I think, rewarding you even more for sacrifice and even though the tokens are zombies they do provide attackers, blockers and sacrifice fodder for some abilities.
Unspeakable Symbol is an excellent redundancy to go along with Vizkopa Confessor for adding a little more resilience to the win condition. This card also has some more subtle effects making it very interesting for multiplayer as it can target an opponent's creatures, letting you change combats and can be used for political favors.
Some new considerations: Selfless Spirit fits in very well with your commander and is easy to reoccur adding some real resilience to your clerics. Mikaeus, the Unhallowed is obscene with your commander and in tribe as well. Speaker of the Heavens is not a major add but thought I would mention him as a decent token generator for your fleet. Pontiff of Blight is a decent cleric that can help grind out long games by transforming spells into burn spells with multiple extort triggers on cast, the amount of damage and lifegain over time is no joke.

Nice build! I don't play straight up enchantress, but have a enchant side to a few decks, so here are a few things that I've found good. Not sure if they are exactly what you want for the deck, but figured I'd throw out ideas.
Mirri's Guile is one of my favorite turn 1 enchants, and it goes great with Abundance When you get to a point where guile doesn't have any amazing options, you can turn over your top cards with abundance and then get a fresh pile next turn.
Setessan Champion is another enchantress effect with a little upside of getting huge sometimes : )
Leveler could help you get to your thoracle win faster, though it is super risky.
Arasta of the Endless Web is a decent blocker and an enchant, and you'd be shocked how many spiders people give you. By the time your opponents even see it as a cost, you will have like 10.
Hall of Heliod's Generosity is a great effect, I just wish it wasn't so always expensive to get.
Moon-Blessed Cleric might be a great tutor for you considering how much draw you have.
And I guess Song of the Dryads might be good as removal too.
Again, not too sure how useful these are, but a few I've found handy.

Nice deck : ) I always really liked Firja and this looks like a really nice build for her.
My only suggestion might be to have more permanent based removal rather than instants and sorceries. I have a Bruna, the Fading Light Meld self mill deck and I found that things like Skyclave Apparition or Cast Out and Prison Term are more effective than Swords to Plowshares because they can come back to play and pick new targets, where swords is usually a dead milled card. And something like Spectral Steel can get back something like Swift Reconfiguration which can be super annoying to your opponents. Especially with Heliod's Pilgrim or Moon-Blessed Cleric to tutor removal, play removal, and then replay them off Hall of Heliod's Generosity or a similar effect.
But you would know a lot better than me how it plays : ) Just a suggestion because I play a similar strategy and had my deck change over time to fit the mill theme.

I built something very similar to this a minute ago, I like how your deck has a lot of capable filtering like Moon-Blessed Cleric.
I think just a few more lands wouldn't hurt but where to cut from is the question. I might have overlooked where your draw power is at as well.
I did notice you're not using any super-rocks and even just 1 could be all it takes. I do know that the $$$$ is kinda hard to justify, but since green is in your wheel.. Sakura-Tribe Elder, Kodama's Reach, etc. are cheaper alternatives to net more mana going into each turn.
I do appreciate seeing Dance of the Manse as I love that card too!
My variant is called Enshrined Gatekeeping. Lemme know whatcha think!
