It's an infinite combo deck with the ability to control the board with Zacama, Primal Calamity as the commander. It's like using Palinchron as the commander but only better, since it untaps all lands instead of 9 (the CMC of Zacama). Moreover, it also has 3 amazing abilities which make it so powerful that even with it alone on the battlefield, you can control the board easily.

Main Concept

The concept of building this deck is to abuse Zacama, Primal Calamity's "When Zacama, Primal Calamity enters the battlefield, if you cast it, untap all lands you control." ability. First of all, you wanna go infinite with Zacama in combination with certain cards to get infinite mana and then blow up all the artifacts and enchantments and kill all the creatures your opponents control. And once you had infinite mana, you can try to put the rest of the puzzle pieces together to go for the kill and finish the game with finishers like Keldon Necropolis.

Infinite Mana

Zacama, Primal Calamity/Dockside Extortionist + Temur Sabertooth Show

This generates infinite mana by returning Zacama, Primal Calamity/Dockside Extortionist to your hand with Temur Sabertooth's ability and recast it to untap all lands infinite times / create infinite treasures.

Zacama, Primal Calamity/Dockside Extortionist + Cloudstone Curio + Any creature Show

With Cloudstone Curio on the battlefield, you can cast Zacama, Primal Calamity/Dockside Extortionist to return any creature to your hand. Recast the creature and bounce Zacama/Extortionist. Repeat this process to go infinite.

Zacama, Primal Calamity/Dockside Extortionist + Panharmonicon + Bouncer (Removed) Show

With Panharmonicon on the battlefield, cast the bouncer to bounce Zacama, Primal Calamity/Dockside Extortionist and itself to your hand. Recast Zacama to untap lands / extortionist to create treasures and repeat this process to go infinite.

Zacama, Primal Calamity + Sanctum of Eternity Show

Sanctum of Eternity bounces Zacama back to hand and recasting Zacama untaps Sanctum. Perhaps with the help of a mana doubler would be better.

Food Chain + Squee, the Immortal Show

This combination generates infinite mana for casting creature spells. And with Zacama, Primal Calamity as the commander, the creature-only mana could be converted into infinte mana for any spell.

Grim Monolith + Mana Reflection / Nyxbloom Ancient Show

Mana Reflection / Nyxbloom Ancient makes Grim Monolith tap for / and it untaps by paying . This generates .

Tooth and Nail / Shared Summons Show

Search for Dockside Extortionist and Temur Sabertooth for infinite mana.

Go for the Kill

Once you've had infinite mana, the next thing to do would be trying to draw into a tutor or one of the finishers.

With Zendikar Resurgent and Selvala, Heart of the Wilds, you can draw the whole deck by recasting Zacama. You can then destroy you own Zendikar Resurgent with Zacama's ability to avoid decking yourself.

Using Crop Rotation or Tempt with Discovery + Aven Mindcensor you can search for Shivan Gorge or Keldon Necropolis to finish the game.

Other Synergies and Combos

Zacama, Primal Calamity + Food Chain + Mana Doubler Show

This combination can generate a lot of mana to fuel for the combo turn.

Zacama, Primal Calamity + Greater Good + Mana Doubler Show

This combination can draw you as many as 30-40 cards and hopefully you can kill on that turn.

Zacama, Primal Calamity + Academy Rector Show

Activate Zacama, Primal Calamity's ability to kill Academy Rector and search for a enchantment. Usually grab Zendikar Resurgent to finish things off.

Final Fortune Show

Definitely one of the most deadly cards to run in a deck. However, I've been running into issues of not having enough mana for the combo turn several times and this card might be the answer to that. Just cast this confidently to go for the kill on the extra turn.

Zacama, Primal Calamity + Metamorphosis Show

Sacrifice Zacama, Primal Calamity with Metamorphosis to generate 10 mana, use 9 of them to recast it to untap lands again.

Natural Order and Nyxbloom Ancient Show

Once you've got 7 mana, you can use Natural Order to tutor for Nyxbloom Ancient. Tap your lands for 9+ to cast Zacama, Primal Calamity.

Notable Exclusion

Horizon Canopy, City of Brass, and Mana Confluence Show

The reason why they are not included is because that they can be troublesome when you wanna go infinite in the late game for having to lose life tapping those lands.

I've added Ancient Tomb back to the list because it really gives me too much advantage on the early game.
