This deck was inspired due to the state of my play group. Both my Nekusar deck and Balthor deck garnered a lot of hate from others, and caused me to usually be the main target. I decided to create a mill deck to have something inherently less threatening, but still fun and powerful. I would say this is my casual deck (mill can be competative if done right), and it is very enjoyable to play!!! Oona functions as a great mana dump and helps to shut out graveyard decks. She synergizes well with cards like Dire Undercurrents , Carnival of Souls , and Training Grounds . The rest of the deck works and combos off of itself, so you can mill people with or without Oona!
