This deck is based on Grimloche from The Mark of the Fool series. Grimloche is a 10 foot tall shark man. His character is a nearly invincible melee fighter that prefers to tackle the biggest enemies head on. I use Captain Howler, Sea Scourge and wheel effects to reenact just that!

Primer:
We are looking to attack with Captain Howler, Sea Scourge on turn 4 at the latesest. To get this done we have every way to ramp in blue red that cost less than $50. Because of this we are hitting for 9 commander damage on turn 4 most of the time. When we are doing that much damage that fast we will be the target. And since most of our deck doesn't really work if we aren't connecting with Captain Howler, Sea Scourge, we kind of just loose if he dies twice. Because of this we need to be careful about how and where we draw the ire of our opponents.
