Thanks for the feedback Chasedrk1! If I was to use your advice; I'd use Approach of the Second Sun over Entreat the Dead since they both are good at ending drawn out games but Approach requires a lot less setup compared to Entreat the dead. Solitude also looks like a splendid choice but if people are on a budget, I'd Recommend Cavalier of Dawn Instead. It's a reusable Generous Gift over Swords to Plowshares so it hits more targets but it's a bit harder to cast. I'd reccomend adding a Mystic Gate over an Island if you chose to go the Cavalier route.

Kaya, Ghost Assassin can be replaced but I'd prefer replacing it with another card that can provide card advantage. For maximum compression; I would reccomend Jace, Wielder of Mysteries as it can draw more cards than Kaya, and be a more synergistic with cards like Oath of Teferi and Spark Double

If you want to min-max; I reccomend replacing Palace Jailer with Solitude and Court of Ambition with Phyrexian Arena and maybe find room for Smothering Tithe And/or Archaeomancer's Map that said, I think effects that "discard" from your opponents hand are either valued as too weak or too mean in commander. I for one like it as an "underdog effect" and I think discarding cards is fine if you get value in some other way like if you're running shrines or Kaya. Discarding cards can be just as effective as a counterspell if done right. Your opponents can't cast spells if they don't have any (with sufficient graveyard hate)

I do think you should add Court of Ire and Court of Ambition to this deck. It suits Marchesa very well, I think. Oubliette may also be prudent to consider. All in all, I like your deck a lot.

I spoke to iamhikari:

Plan: Pivot towards aristocrats, lower the CMC, maybe more taxing. Though I think going more into the Monarch theme might be more fun/unique. We can try this first:

For starters:

-1 Beseech the Queen
-1 Deliver Unto Evil
-1 Wild Ricochet
-1 Call the Coppercoats
-1 Assemble the Legion

Mana fix and ramp:

-1 Worn Powerstone
-1 Gilded Lotus
+1 Exotic Orchard
+1 Talisman of Conviction
+1 Wayfarer's Bauble
+1 Talisman of Hierarchy ...can also +1
Talisman of Indulgence , but it's slightly pricier.

Expand reach and lower CMC of your removal:

-1 Return to Dust
-1 Terminate
-1 Comeuppance
+1 Chaos Warp
+1 Generous Gift ....alternatively there are some 2 mana removal cards in Strixhaven that might be fun to try out.
+1 either Path to Exile or the cheaper Dire Tactics
+1 Soul-Guide Lantern

Fun monarch theme and control: +1 Court of Grace
+1 Court of Ambition
-1 Black Market
-1 Ixalan's Binding

Pivot to Aristocrats:

-1 Neheb, the Eternal
-1 Thief of Blood
-1 Tectonic Giant
+1 Cruel Celebrant
+1 Syr Konrad, the Grim
+1 Bastion of Remembrance

Still need to deal with your creatures and maybe do some more token generation or something. I'll keep thinking and get back to you.

ShaDoWz_6677, Possessed Portal does seem to be a strong card, even though 8 mana seems high I guess we are slowing the game down enough and have enough ramp/mana rocks to get there quickly. I actually own not one, but TWO Chains of Mephistopheles ...was one of the first cards I added to the brew. Court of Ambition is also in this deck.

I love your decklist and primer, and will take a few of your combo ideas to add to this one. I also need to up my mana base a little...probably cutting a few of the dead weight elves.

TeaTimeWizard be mindful, that's a stax deck. But you can get some GREAT discard pieces out of it. Possessed Portal is one that a lot of people skip on when you think Nath. it's a house in the deck. Then you have the $1500 Chains of Mephistopheles which is the best card in Nath. But I truly believe you can play Nath without using Chains.

Theres a lot that you can do to toy around with discard and making people have to effectively deal with your deck.

Court of Ambition is pretty good for this as well.

Neat commander! Could also look into cards that create temporary tokens of the commander, as he doesn't really care if he sticks around. Heat Shimmer , Twinflame .

Monarchy also seems to work really well with your commander, as you're forcing everyone to attack someone other than yourself. Court of Ambition , Skyline Despot , Emberwilde Captain , Court of Ire . Captive Audience is also a rude card, as you'll force your opponents to attack eachother with the zombies, giving you five zombies to run amok.

General rude Rakdos cards, something like Mind Twist or Rakdos's Return can cripple a player. Combined with having to attack someone else leaving themselves open seems like it'd be really backbreaking!

Nice deck, I very much like the concept.

I just wondered how does the group slut card like Mogis, God of Slaughter or Court of Ambition fared, because I don't see much card to pressure life total (I guess Kroxa and Torment does a bit but from my understanding it is not their primary purpose) or to gain back the monarch. Is it just to pressure ad naus deck?
