Other than the commander, this is a PreDH legal deck. The draw and ramp package is refined to fit Damia.

This is a combo deck with some redundancies built in. Bloom Tender or Wirewood Channeler will both go infinite with either Freed from the Real or Pemmin's Aura (channeler needs at least 1 other elf on the field, this is not unlikely given how many are in the deck) There are multiple other ways to produce infinite mana; however, this is the primary method of doing so.

The primary wincon is resolving Oona with infinite mana and exiling the deck of every other player.

It's fairly aggressive, but I wouldn't call it CEDH.
