Creature — Rat Ninja
Ninjutsu (3)(Black) ((3)(Black), Return an unblocked attacker you control to hand: Put this card into play from your hand tapped and attacking.)
Whenever Okiba-Gang Shinobi deals combat damage to a player, that player discards two cards.
Okiba-Gang Shinobi Discussion

You're essentially playing Mono Black Control, so most of what works for that deck should work for you too. Corrupt to finish the game? Some card draw, to gain even more card advantage, like Sign in Blood or Read the Bones ? I was thinking about Rat Colony , but that's possibly too easy to kill. Rancid Rats might be nice instead of Typhoid Rats , it has better synergy with Okiba-Gang Shinobi . Crypt Rats is always nice, it can clear the board when your opponent has better stuff than you, and can potentially kill your opponent.

Added 1 Okiba-Gang Shinobi as a finisher of sorts. Could potentially come down once the flicker strategy starts to fizzle to keep the opponent's hand empty during the final beatdown.

Hi there! My Yuriko, the Tiger's Shadow is part ninja tribal, part topdeck matters, and it is aggresive enough to win turn 5-6 (no infinite combos). Goal of the deck is to show fat cmc cards from the top with Yuriko or other ninjas (or creature type shenanigans) and kill the table with Yuriko's ability.
To kill the table, you need to have 3 triggers and tutor 3 cards. Insidious Dreams is the best way to tutor. Some combination of Lim-Dul's Vault Mystical Tutor Vampiric Tutor Personal Tutor Imperial Seal and Brainstorm Scroll Rack
Note that most of those can and should be played instant speed with yuriko triggers already on the stack. You tutor for: Commit / Memory Temporal Trespass Blinkmoth Infusion Draco Treasure Cruise Draco and Blinkmoth Infusion should go last, unless you go for the win, as they are unplayable. 30 damage to each opp with just 2 triggers is really fun.
Out Aqueous Form
I want to increase ninja number >> higher damage output and swapping Okiba-Gang Shinobi with Ninja of the Deep Hours - draw is better, than discard.
Also corrected custom categories.
1.3 Moar ninjas, less draw, replaced one xtra turn with Time Warp
1.4 Added more interaction, maximized my top CMC spells, added some expensive proxy cards.

Blue-Black or Mono-Black, with some in Jeskai, Rakdos, Grixis, and Izzet
Really, blue has some reasonably good card draw, specifically Augur of Bolas, Mulldrifter, Preordain, Ponder, and interaction in the form of Counterspell and the occasional Deprive. Otherwise, they don't have a great set of wincons, sweepers, or removal, so they need another color to get those.
In comparison, black has Gurmag Angler, a great wincon, and the best removal in the forms of Evincar's Justice, Echoing Decay, Shrivel, Pestilence, Cuombajj Witches, Disfigure, Chainer's Edict, Oubliette, Doom Blade, they have lifegain, discard like Duress, Distress, Chittering Rats, card draw like Phyrexian Rager, Thorn of the Black Rose, Sign in Blood, and mono-colored payoffs like Gray Merchant of Asphodel and Tendrils of Corruption. There are even more great control cards from hate like Nihil Spellbomb, efficient spells like Cartouche of Ambition that just do a lot, land destruction like Choking Sands, more discard that is splashable like Addle, and the other following cards:
Diabolic Edict, Wrench Mind, Raven's Crime, Innocent Blood (for creatureless lists), Dead Weight, Crypt Incursion, Complete Disregard, Nausea, Reaping the Graves, Undying Evil, Read the Bones, Divest, Rancid Earth, Icequake, Dusk Legion Zealot, Okiba-Gang Shinobi, Tragic Slip, Crypt Rats, Stinkweed Imp
That isn't to say a good mix of both isn't the best option, it probably is. You lose the mono-black payoffs, but get Probe, Forbidden Alchemy, Soul Manipulation. Really though, black is more useful than blue.

How is Amoeboid Changeling working for you? I'm also curious about the more expensive ninjas like Throat Slitter, Okiba-Gang Shinobi, Silent-Blade Oni, and Ink-Eyes, Servant of Oni. I think you may be headed down a more ninja tribal focused route, but I'd love to know how they've performed or if you've found them slow.

I recently took apart the planechase anthology decks so I have a few of the ninja cards people have been getting for their Yuriko, the Tiger's Shadow decks. I have:
Ink-Eyes, Servant of Oni
2x Ninja of the Deep Hours
Walker of Secret Ways
Higure, the Still Wind
I have noticed while making this thread that the hyperlink is not reflecting the updated price for several of the cards so check on the TCGplayer website will be needed. The rest of my binder is for sale as well as long as I receive a fair offer based on the TCGplayer pricing. As always, I am willing to explore trades as well. My biggest wants right now are Surgical Extraction, Blackcleave Cliffs, and Leyline of the Void. Just let me know if we can work anything out.

urzaland The deck functions essentially like a standard 8-rack deck with a couple of alternate win conditions. It also can use creature damage to finish out games that the usual 8-rack deck lacks. I would say its a bit slower than the standard builds, but performs better across multiple games than 8-rack normally does. 8-rack is a deck that can be really easy to win game 1, but extremely difficult to win games 2 or 3 in a tournament setting. This deck performs worse in game 1, but better in following games than the standard build.
Would I recommend buying this over a usual build, especially foiling out all the cards as i have done, for competitive play? Probably not. But if you have the cards already, or you really like Rats, its pretty fun and damn good.
Flipping Nezumi Shortfang is one of the most fun things to do with this deck, if you get it off. Also, landing an Okiba-Gang Shinobi's ninjutsu will literally shock your opponents the first time they see it. They will never see that card coming.
