Not sure Bloodwater Entity would be good as you said with all the creatures.
Are there any creatures you would add more off or take out? Any other Instant/sorceries?
I worry about it being to creature heavy, I just put in anything I had to get it started. Basically tried to Amass the F*ck out of it.

Consider adding Stealth Mission. If your army is tall enough, it can win you the game.
Also, a creature I found incredibly useful in my own amass deck is Bloodwater Entity. I'm running a lot more noncreature spells, though, so I don't if that will help you the way it helps me.
Massacre Girl is also better than she gets credit for. She is insanely good against token decks, and at the very least keeps players from going wide fast, whereas an amass deck should be trying to go tall.

Some cards that have particularly good interaction with Niv:
Curiosity for additional card draw using his ping ability against players.
Riptide Laboratory to reuse some of those supporting wizards.
You could also use some more general removal spells:
Direct Current doesn't do enough to warrant inclusion. Despite its efficiency, you very rarely see Lightning Bolt or similar effects getting played in EDH. The size of the creatures that get played and joint pool of 120 starting life relegate these effects to other formats. Dragon Fodder doesn't really do much either but if its a flavor inclusion, then keep, maybe Niv needs minions to fetch him things or just wants snack food handy. Stealth Mission would probably be better served becoming something like Lazotep Plating. Capture Sphere might be better as Deep Freeze if opposing commanders having activated abilities that don't require tapping. I know I wouldn't care if Sphere hit my Tasigur, the Golden Fang
I have a deck using this same commander if you want more ideas.

SirupyTuna I appreciate the suggestion with Fling . I had used it in the origional build, but "as an additional cost" made it so the creature is dead if the spell gets countered. So I took your idea and decided to add Stealth Mission instead, as it won't sac the creature. I know Fling has more damage potential, but a lot can go wrong. Let me know if you try it!

That’s a solid switch. I’d sideboard it, but I think I’d rather take something else out. Making the zombie army unblockable with Stealth Mission for a turn can be brutal. Especially late-game
