Your goal here is to make your cheats more effective than your opponents cheats... you have a heavy advantage to begin with because of mono blue + artifacts + power lands. You can approach the deck in a myriad of ways, not limited to:
- insta combos wins listed below
- aggro / overrun with creatures & tokens
- land manipulation
- extra turn overwhelm
Vedalken Orrery, Teferi, Mage of Zhalfir and Leyline of Anticipation will allow you to cast Braids, Conjurer Adept at the end of your final opponents turn, use it on your turn, and sac it to Ashnod's Altar to prevent your opponents from enjoying the same benefit. There are quite a number of synergies in this deck that it makes for an interesting draw almost every hand.
- Mind Over Matter + Azami, Lady of Scrolls = infinite draw
- Palinchron + any passive mana doubler (e.g. Caged Sun, Gauntlet of Power, etc.) + at least six lands = infinite mana
- Palinchron + Nim Deathmantle + High Market/Diamond Valley = infinite mana, infinite life, and infinite gravestorm
- Palinchron + Nim Deathmantle + Homarid Spawning Bed = infinite tokens
- Deadeye Navigator + Palinchron = infinite mana
- Magosi, the Waterveil + Rings of Brighthearth + Candelabra of Tawnos/Deserted Temple = infinite turns.
- Academy Ruins + Mindslaver + = Recurring Mindslaver (control of target player's turn)
- Tamiyo, the Moon Sage’s + Rewind = recurring Rewind
- Basalt Monolith + Rings of Brighthearth = infinite colorless mana.. add Sensei's Divining Top for unlimited card draw as well http://forums.mtgsalvation.com/showpost.php?p=8164298&postcount=122
- Basalt Monolith + Rings of Brighthearth + Voltaic Key + any artifact = infinite mana and infinite untaps of any artifact (notably: Planar Portal for infinite tutors, Myr Turbine for infinite tokens, and Lux Cannon to destroy any number of target permanents.
- Nim Deathmantle + Ashnod's Altar + Myr Battlesphere or any creature that puts 2+ tokens into play (Master of Waves) = infinite creatures and infinite tokens
- Prototype Portal + Ugin's Nexus + Claws of Gix / Phyrexia's Core / Throne of Geth = infinite turns
- Buried Ruin + Mindslaver + Crucible of Worlds = recurring Mindslaver activations
- Archaeomancer (on the board) + Rite of Replication + Turnabout = infinite dudes, mana, and any other instance/sorcery in your graveyard
- Archaeomancer + Deadeye Navigator + 7 or more land + Turnabout = infinite mana
- Archaeomancer + Riptide Laboratory + 11/12 more land + Turnabout = infinite mana
- Isochron Scepter with Mystical Tutor + Beacon of Tomorrows = infinite turns
- Patron of the Moon + Amulet of Vigor + Storm Cauldron = infinite mana/landfall
- Patron of the Moon + Amulet of Vigor + Ghost Town = infinite landfall during opponent's turns
- Patron of the Moon + Amulet of Vigor + Meloku the Clouded Mirror + 2 land = infinite tokens/landfall
- Patron of the Moon + Amulet of Vigor + Uyo, Silent Prophet + Turnabout = infinite mana/landfall
- Palinchron + Phantasmal Image = infinite mana
- High Tide + Palinchron + two open sources = infinite mana
