Minor changes to sweeping changes post-unban — April 4, 2018

I've gotten a few reps in with the deck since the unban, and I'm pretty happy with the list, but I've shaken things up a bit recently. I've replaced the maindeck Dreadbore with Terminate, as (1) Jace was neither as plentiful as I expected, nor as backbreaking as I expected, and (2) sorcery speed is a real downer. I've also gone up to 4 copies of Kolaghan's Command in the 75, with 3 in the main deck. This has been playing out super well for me lately, and I plan to stick with that arrangement for a while. I've also changed the fetch balance slightly, going to 4-2-2 Verdant-Mire-Foothills, which, again, I'm happy with.

Now, the changes I'm a little more skeptical of. I've gone from Maelstrom Pulse being 1-1 to having both in the main deck. It's not great, but it's not terrible. If I wanted to make room in the main deck for something (i.e., a 3rd Thoughtseize, a 2nd Collective Brutality, moving from 4 Grim Flayer to a 3-2 Flayer-Bob split, etc.), that's probably the cut. I've also recently cut Fulminator Mage from my sideboard entirely. My reasoning behind this was that Fulminator had generally been pretty marginal in the games where I'd played it, and the only games where it was really good, it still didn't improve my matchup enough for me to steal the win (Tron is very difficult to deal with). So, I cut it, which gave me room in my sideboard for the 4th K-Command and a 3rd Scavenging Ooze. The K-Command is great, but I think the 3rd Scooze might be unnecessary.

Potentially big changes coming to the list soon, as I may be trying to bring Fulminators back to the board, and testing out a 3-2 Flayer-Bob split.
