Still need some more epic Cipher cards to be added though. So far, only whispering madness is decent enough to run, but I'd still like something better (and more options too). It will probably stay on the rare/mythic rare end though.

The Maybeboard was all the cards that were once in the deck but have been cut at some time.

Any suggestions about Diabolic Tutor (should it go in - it can be tutored with via transmute - and if so, in place of what?). And should I work in an infinite combo?
