Maximizing to nearly meme level the number of ways cards are cast from outside the hand. Obviously tons of cuts left to make so suggestions for cuts very welcome!

The Maybeboard is for cards that are still possibilities but I think are less likely than what is in the deck currently.

Major Foretell theme but not married to the idea. I would prefer to not run expensive cards but the ones added to this deck I already own and am fine with proxying ones I already own (other than Arbiter and Uba Mask).

The main way I see the deck winning is through token generation from casting instants and sorcs or from the lockout combos as indicated by the cards marked with Combo then winning by being the only one that can cast spells.
