Cards to take out

NONLANDS
- Reverberate doesn't provide enough usage in the deck.
- Mortify is by all means not a bad card, but Anguished Unmaking is all-around better.
- Fearsome Awakening is far too expensive of a Reanimate when you can just run Reanimate.
- Titanic Ultimatum I have a sentimental attachment to Naya, and this card by proxy, but I can't justify it in this deck as it's far too expensive CMC-wise.
- Painful Quandary is a very strong play. I might keep it in the deck, but I needed space to try new cards.
- Felidar Umbra I don't need life gain via aura when I have life gain already on my creatures.
- Anger -- this card is a scam -- it gets shut down via arrests or exiles very early, and there are many better haste outlets like Rhythm of the Wild or Temur Ascendancy .
- Bane of Progress ...I have summoned this on accident and wiped MY board at least 5 times via Sunbird's Invocation or Lurking Predators . I don't want to touch this card anymore lol.
- Deathbringer Regent decent board wipe, but usually gets taken out before he can gain control, and is high cmc.
- Darigaaz Reincarnated decent body for only 6 mana, but I needed to switch him out for more aggressive and faster cards.
- Crucible of Fire basic enchantment, needed to switch out for more controlling cards.
- Crosis, the Purger one of the weaker dragons in cmdr17, he can only do much damage versus monocolored decks; you could sideboard him if you play against monocolored decks frequently.
- Bladewing the Risen basic reviver that has a minor stackable boost, good card but not easily combo-able and I needed space for more ramp.
- Dragon Arch very slow cheat artifact, only necessary if running Seedborn Muse + Quicksilver Amulet .
- Metallic Mimic small buff, no draw/mana manip, and gets easily removed.
- Teneb, the Harvester Teneb can be a stronger Bladewing the Risen but is very slow to get going.
- Putrefy worse removal than Utter End .
- Ramos, Dragon Engine I love this dragon, but he doesn't receive much love without all of the multicolored boys in the deck.
- Sarkhan, the Dragonspeaker worse than Sarkhan Unbroken .
- Rampant Growth weak ramp when almost all of my lands are nonbasic.
- O-Kagachi, Vengeful Kami meme dragon.
- Kindred Discovery - I'm on the fence about replacing this card. It feels too slow in the deck's current prototype state.

LANDS
- Evolving Wilds I found a stronger play in Forbidden Orchard .
- All of the temples are much slower than shocks. Temple of Abandon , Temple of Enlightenment , Temple of Malady , Temple of Malice , Temple of the False God

Cards to consider

I like these cards, but I'm unsure about their position in the deck:

1. Gift of Immortality saves important dragons, even The Ur-Dragon himself!
2. Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite best card I want it in every deck, also this deck can utilize the busted combos Natural Affinity , Nature's Revolt , Living Plane .
3. Flameshadow Conjuring while this doesn't work with legendaries, it can have explosive results when used on Utvara Hellkite specifically. It feels too niche though.
4. Angelic Renewal cheap $ and cmc revive.
5. Bribery is one of the few fun blue cards in existence.
6. Tooth and Nail helps ramp out thicc dragons to delete everyone.
7. Carpet of Flowers helps to more easily ramp and deal with cancer blue players.
8. Trophy Mage tutors for any of Basalt Monolith , Rings of Brighthearth , Chromatic Lantern , or eventually Ashnod's Altar , any of the Swords, or Staff of Domination
9. Trinket Mage tutors for Sol Ring , or eventually Mana Crypt or even Mana Vault
