Breya, Etherium Shaper isn't exactly the Izzet artifact general that everyone was waiting for, she is essentially an Esper combo general that also gets the added benefit of a Red splash.

Tutors/Recursion

There's really no secret here - we're going all in on combos with Breya. We need some ways to tutor/recur combo pieces:

Fabricate, Whir of Invention, Inventors' Fair, Tezzeret the Seeker, Goblin Engineer and Saheeli Rai (assuming you get to her ultimate) for artifact tutors.

Maybe adding Trinket/Trophy/Treasure Mage tutor package

Trinket Mage finds Altar of the Brood (combo piece), Sol Ring, Ancient Den, Great Furnace, Seat of the Synod, Vault of Whispers (lands/ramp).

Trophy Mage finds Ashnod's Altar, Sculpting Steel (combo pieces), Chromatic Lantern (fixing/ramp).

Treasure Mage finds Sharuum the Hegemon (combo piece/recursion), Steel Hellkite, Filigree Angel, Sphinx of the Steel Wind (threats), Darksteel Forge (transmute target).

Goblin Welder, Trash for Treasure, Refurbish and Sharuum the Hegemon for artifact recursion.

Combos

(Note: some pieces have since been removed/replaced, but are archived here in case I wanted to add them back in.)

1. Breya, Etherium Shaper OR Pia and Kiran Nalaar OR Whirler Rogue + Ashnod's Altar OR Krark-Clan Ironworks + Nim Deathmantle = Infinite colorless mana and token: 1/1 Thopter (ALA) tokens. Then...

   1. With Breya specifically, sacrifice tokens to the Altar/Ironworks for infinite mana to activate Breya's Lava Spike ability enough times to kill the table.

   2. Add Urza, Lord High Artificer to cast your entire library.

   3. If Altar of the Brood is in play, this can also infinitely mill all opponents (because of infinite EtB triggers).

   4. If Reckless Fireweaver is in play, this can cause infinite damage to all opponents (because of infinite EtB triggers).

2. Filigree Sages plus...

   1. Chromatic Orrery = Infinite colored/colorless mana and draw your entire deck.

   2. Gilded Lotus + Rings of Brighthearth = Infinite colored mana and infinite untaps of artifacts you control.

3. Grand Architect + Pili-Pala = Infinite mana of any color. Use to cast/sacrifice/recast Breya infinitely (for infinite Lava Spikes) or add Urza, Lord High Artificer to cast your entire library or add Hangarback Walker for a hilariously large creature that explodes into a hilarious amount of token: 1/1 Thopter (ORI) tokens.

4. Saheeli Rai + Felidar Guardian = Infinite cats.

5. Saheeli Rai + Liquimetal Coating OR Liquimetal Torque for infinite EtB triggers. Add Reckless Fireweaver for infinite damage to all opponents, or Altar of the Brood for infinite mill. Or, add Urza, Lord High Artificer for infinite blue mana and to cast your entire library.

6. Basalt Monolith + Rings of Brighthearth (and at least two sources of mana for first activation) for infinite colorless mana. Add Urza, Lord High Artificer to cast your entire library.

7. Sword of the Meek + Thopter Foundry = Pay 1 colorless mana to create a token: 1/1 Thopter (ALA) token and gain 1 life. Adding in Ashnod's Altar (or Krark-Clan Ironworks) can make this go infinite (resulting in infinite Thopters/colorless mana/life) or add Urza, Lord High Artificer for infinite blue mana and to cast your entire library.

8. Sharuum the Hegemon + Sculpting Steel OR Phyrexian Metamorph + Reckless Fireweaver = Infinite damage to all opponents. Altar of the Brood can be used in place of Fireweaver for infinite mill.

9. RETIRED: Whirler Virtuoso + Panharmonicon, plus...

   1. Gonti's Aether Heart = Infinite energy and token: 1/1 Thopter (ORI) tokens.

   2. Decoction Module + Sculpting Steel OR Phyrexian Metamorph (copying either Decoction Module or Panharmonicon) = Infinite energy and token: 1/1 Thopter (ORI) tokens.

   Panharmonicon triggers the Heart (or each Module) twice (or with two Panharmonicons, the one Module triggers 4 times), so each Thopter makes 4 energy - spend 3 for another, net an extra energy, rinse and repeat.

10. RETIRED: Thopter Assembly + Time Sieve = Infinite turns.

11. RETIRED: Sydri, Galvanic Genius + Aetherflux Reservoir to gain lifelink off of the damage dealt with Reservoir to pay for more activations and kill the table.

Thopters

Breya herself can make infinite thopters, but combos aside, there are plenty of other ways to make them.

Hangarback Walker, Pia and Kiran Nalaar, Thopter Engineer, Breya's Apprentice all make Thopters upon entering play.

Sharding Sphinx creates Thopters as artifact creatures deal damage to opponents.

Tezzeret, Artifice Master creates Thopters and draws cards. Saheeli, Filigree Master creates Thopters with haste.

Thopter Spy Network creates Thopters at upkeep and also draws a card whenever damage is dealt (just once, not for each damage).

Tempered Steel for turning into an aggro deck.

Other Artifacts/Synergies

Thopters aside, the rest of the deck is full of artifact synergies.

Chief Engineer for giving artifact spells convoke, Etherium Sculptor, Foundry Inspector and Semblance Anvil for reducing artifact costs.

Tezzeret, Betrayer of Flesh for reducing an activated cost (once per turn), also drawing/discarding cards and animating artifacts.

Vedalken Orrery and Liberator, Urza's Battlethopter for giving everything flash.

Master Transmuter for turning cheap artifacts into expensive artifacts, or for blinking/replaying artifacts with EtB effects.

Sphinx of the Steel Wind for a big, flying/lifelink/vigilance beater.

Karn, Legacy Reforged for a big beater that also ramps.

Panharmonicon works with all enter-the-battlefield triggers (mostly for creating extra Thopters and gaining extra energy).

Bident of Thassa draws cards whenever combat damage is dealt (unlike Thopter Spy Network) and also forces opponents to attack (maybe into an indestructible board).

Removal

Ghirapur AEther Grid for a repeatable ping effect, turning small artifacts (Thopters/Servos) into removal/damage.

Darksteel Forge + Nevinyrral's Disk for a one-sided, reusable board wipe lock.

Vandalblast for one-sided artifact removal.

Maybeboard

Silas Renn, Seeker Adept allows for recasting artifacts, assuming you deal combat damage with him.

Tamiyo's Journal for a Clue token every turn - can either use them for draws or sac three to Demonic Tutor.

Utter End exiles any nonland permanent.

Spine of Ish Sah for permanent removal that can be doubled with Panharmonicon and recurred with any sacrifice outlet.

Scourglass as another mostly one-sided wrath effect.
