Help! Please give me advice. If you suggest a card, please let me know what you would take out...
Here is my Mimeoplasm deck. I tried to give priority to cards that gave me recurring affects such as Deathrite Shaman or dual affect cards like creatures with comes-into-play abilities such as Sepulchral Primordial.
Please provide me with feedback, this is my first attempt at a Commander Deck. It is meant to be budget so unfortunately no fetch lands.
The Mimeoplasm Interaction (3):

• I have a couple of cards that are included as grab targets for The Mimeoplasm. The three specific cards included for this purpose were Artisan of Kozilek, Lord of Extinction, and Thalakos Deceiver.
• I replaced Death's Shadow with Lord of Extinction. I know that it might be harder to get into the graveyard, but the growth potential is much larger.

Graveyard Drawing (11):

• Since this is a graveyard deck, we need ways to draw from our graveyard.
• Animate Dead, Body Double, Dralnu, Lich Lord (recurring), Eternal Witness, Havengul Lich (recurring), Nyx Weaver, Oversold Cemetery (recurring), Sepulchral Primordial, Sheoldred, Whispering One (recurring), Victimize, Wrexial, the Risen Deep (recurring) all take advantage of cards already in the graveyard, some even provide recurring options.

Graveyard Stocking (17):

• Cards that Fill Opponents Graveyards: Mesmeric Orb, Traumatize, Mind Grind and Mind Funeral are very effective at quickly stocking graveyards. The sorceries can also be accessed by Dralnu, Lich Lord. Consuming Aberration, Mirko Vosk, Mind Drinker, and Nemesis of Reason also stock graveyards, but do so by attacking. This has a summoning sickness delay, but on the other hand, a recurring-ish affect.
• Phenax, God of Deception seems like it was designed for this deck :)
• Enclave Cryptologist , Hermit Druid, Merfolk Looter , and Thought Courier have so much utility in this deck. Keep what you like, dump what you dont, stabilize your land, and quickly work through your decks card options. Need I say more?
• I havent gotten the chance to use Deadbridge Chant yet, but Im excited to see it work throughout the entire game once it hits.
• Nyx Weaver has great synergy with this deck. He is a blocker, counts as a creature while in the graveyard, regrowths, and dumps cards in your graveyard every turn.
• Mirror-Mad Phantasm, Stinkweed Imp (recurring deathtouch), and Golgari Grave-Troll feed the graveyard with dredge or dredge like abilities.

Tutoring (7):

• Creature Dumping: Buried Alive, Jarad's Orders.
• Searching in one way or another: Demonic Tutor, Diabolic Tutor, Fabricate, Hibernation's End, Lim-Dul's Vault

Acceleration (14):

• Mana Fixing and Land Drops: Satyr Wayfinder, Hermit Druid
• Acceleration: Cultivate, Chromatic Lantern, Birds of Paradise, Basalt Monolith, Dark Ritual, Deathrite Shaman, Far Wanderings , Kodama's Reach, Krosan Tusker , Oracle of Mul Daya, Sol Ring, Solemn Simulacrum

Removal (7):

• Vengeful Pharaoh (recurring), Avatar of Woe (recurring), Rend Flesh , Putrefy, Life's Finale, Go for the Throat, Abrupt Decay.

Utility (4):

• Lightning Greaves, Swiftfoot Boots, Spell Crumple, Phyrexian Arena
