Looking pretty good so far austintayshus! Excited to see how this comes out!
Some cards that can be considered:
- Sunder - Maybe a bit too rude?
- Murder - Removal with no downside.
- Delay - All around good counterspell.
- Obliterate - Better than Jokulhaups because it can't be countered.
- Kaboom! - It's just funny casting this spell.
- Ovinize - Can be useful.
- Hatred - Goes on theme and can threaten to one-shot someone.
- Blightning - Hand disruption?
- Rewind - Untapping lands is great.
- Unwind - Same as above.
- Opt - Better than Omen in some ways.
- Phthisis - It's funny saying this word.
- Necropotence - Best card draw as well as refill.
- Desertion - I want to have nice things too :P
- Plaguecrafter - On theme and works with Thrax.
Just some more ideas lol and maybe for lands you can consider running:
They aren't great but they funny to add in haha, hope that helps!

I don't know if anyone in your meta runs Carpet of Flowers, but replacing three islands with Minamo, School at Water's Edge, Tolaria, and Oboro, Palace in the Clouds helps against that slightly. They all do the same as islands, but don't count as them. Plus Minamo and Oboro are actually pretty good.
I'm not sure if Spellseeker will be good, but I just ordered one to put in. I think it will help with finding Cyclonic Rift and Hurkyl's Recall to get rid of those pesky Pithing Needle and Phyrexian Revoker that plauge arcum so much.

Sweet deck! Academy Ruins, Hammerheim, Oboro, Palace in the Clouds, Shinka, the Bloodsoaked Keep, andTolaria, would be sweet just for being legendary blue or red producers that draw cards, even if an ability sucks.

StellarNinja Thank you for the feed back! I don't see using Elixir either. With enough recursion via creatures and Buried Ruin I have not not been able to get something back. Turn Aside will be swapped out for Swan Song just need to slot it and update the list. You are totally right about Isochron Scepter I do need that. I have Blue Sun's Zenith in there since I am missing pieces and it is a win con with infinite/draw with Staff of Domination as long as I have the open Island's which I usually do if I have it in my hand. Tolaria totally for fun and no banding why not! It doesn't enter tapped so it got a spot. I have a lead on a Mycosynth Lattice that I should be able to trade into soon to infuriate everyone even more. As for the Mox's, Crypt, and such I do not have the money or the trades available but this deck will be around for awhile. I have no ambitions to tear this beauty apart. As for the zero drops they have worked out for me but will be the first to go once I acquire things like Spellskite which is more in my realm of affordability. Also, switch them out for fetch lands as well.

Pook has said a lot of really helpful stuff. You commented on my list so I'd figured I'd give my input here.
Anyways I agree with everything but Elixr, never found too much of a use for it.
Lattice Forge Disk is almost a must have for this deck, it's the best combo we have. Also I'd suggest looking into changing up your creature base to be more utilitarian. I'm against running so many 0 drops, and as tempting as they may look at first glance, aside from being Arcum fodder they literally do nothing to help your end goal. With something like Metalworker or Spellskite, even if they don't wind up being used for Arcum alone those cards are powerful enough to be well worth their costs.
I'd really suggest getting more fast mana in there like he says as well. Also I'd suggest getting as many of the artifact creature lands as you can i.e. Mishra's Factory.
Grim Monolith is great because it goes infinite with Power Artifact, along with being one of the best mana rocks in the game. Also if you're going to be running Dramatic reversal you should definitely be running Isochron Scepter since that's a super easy infinite combo.
Also, why Tolaria? If it's just for fun that's perfectly fine but otherwise... Well to be fair, removing Banding sounds like a great idea.

Seems stacked. I'd maybe cut the Tolaria for an island. I don't think I've ever seen banding in EDH, and Tolaria is subject to non-basic land hate. Also depending on how good Pemmin's Aura is in this deck, Freed from the Real might by worth considering. No shroud, but it still might be good.

"Your" refers to the controller of the ability at the time it resolved. If you activate Cloudcrest Lake's second ability and trade it to your opponent, it will untap as normal during their next untap step.
Yes, that's fine. If you activate Rainbow Vale and then trade it away, you'll choose one of your opponents to gain control of it at end of turn (it can be the same opponent you traded it to).
Yes, that also works. If you make your opponent gain control of 2 copies of Tolaria then the Legend Rule will take effect and they'll have to get rid of one of them.
